I can’t tell you how heartily I agree with that statement! Withholding from paychecks keeps the sheeple in line.
I have been self-employed either part-time or full-time since I was 14 years old. Writing out those quarterly checks steams my buns every time!
I am absolutely CONVINCED that if the American people began to pay quarterly taxes like businesses, there would be mass, physical insurrection within the span of one year.
“Withholding” has been one of, if not THE biggest affront to Americans, ever.
