Obama: stopping the military from voting!

Requests from military voters for absentee ballots have dropped significantly since 2008, according to newly released statistics, prompting claims that the Department of Defense is dragging its feet in enacting a law meant to boost military voting. 

The drop in the battleground states of Virginia and Ohio is among the most pronounced. According to statistics released Monday by The Military Voter Protection Project, the number of absentee ballot requests by both military members and other overseas voters in the two states has dropped 70 percent since 2008.   

Imagine: military absentee ballot requests down since 2008.  Let’s think about that for a moment — oh yeah.  That’s when Barack Hussein Obama came to town!

Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, said the numbers mark a “serious failure” by the Pentagon. 

“This is an unacceptable failure by Pentagon leaders to comply with the law and ensure our service members and their families are able to exercise one of the most fundamental rights for which they sacrifice every day,” he said in a statement. 

As Hugh Hewitt wrote: if it’s not close, they can’t cheat.

And the Demorats are cheating as never before.

Ladies and gentlemen: you cannot afford to “stay home” in November, as many Republicans did in 2008.

I say this in ALL sincerity and I don’t give a damn if I piss off every Dem/Libber in the entire USA; there is no level that the Obama administration won’t stoop to in order to swing the numbers in their direction… Obama and his entire administration are nothing more than EVIL, America hating sons a bitches…

      • Actually, the Pentagon is run by the DoD… Secretary of Defense is the HMFWIC… And he wants to keep HIS job…

        If the Joint Chiefs knew about this and were complicit in it, then the elections process has been corrupted beyond repair and we had best get ourselves locked and loaded because there’s a load of SHIT on the way…

  2. Our pastor yesterday today us and all Christians to get out there and vote! She didn’t say what party, but she say that so many don’t want to deal with politics.

    Many of this complacency that needs to stop. Vote or Obama will win again. And then God help us and his stupid supporters.

  3. What happens when the SECDEF is a Communist. Obama knows the troops hate his guts and is keeping them from having any say in this election. Was in Vietnam the first time I voted (for Nixon) and had no problem. If DOD/Obama wanted the troops to vote it is easy enough to make it happen.

  4. I have to ask the obvious question: How is fedzilla preventing the military from voting? I didn’t have to jump through any extra hoops this year to get my absentee ballot. REQUESTS for absentee ballots are down. Deployments are also down…Two plus two…

    Don’t confuse my comment for support; just pointing out the obvious.
