Documents: US DOJ facilitated anti-Zimmerman protests

DOJ - Department of InjusticeAgain, you simply cannot write bizarre material like this, where an administration in DC takes such a slanted, biased and covert stance on an issue.

From the DailyCaller.com:

A division of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) was deployed to Sanford, Florida in 2012 to provide assistance for anti-George Zimmerman protests, including a rally headlined by activist Al Sharpton, according to newly released documents.

CRS (Community Relations Service, a unit of DOJ) spent $674.14 between March 25-27 related to having been “deployed to Sanford, FL, to work marches, demonstrations, and rallies related to the shooting and death of an African-American teen by a neighborhood watch captain.” CRS spent another $1,142.84 for the same purpose between March 25-28.

CRS expenditures related to the anti-Zimmerman protests continued through mid-April. Between April 11 and April 12, CRS spent $552.35 “to provide technical assistance for the preparation of possible marches and rallies related to the fatal shooting of a 17 year old African American male.”

Imagine that.  The US DOJ working at cross-purposes to its foundation, wherein justice is allegedly blind.

Except when there is a person with a higher melanin-count involved who, according to the current White House “occupant,” could have been “his son.”

  1. Am blogging this tomorrow, Thursday….it’s one of THE most awful scandals yet, in my opinion, and who’s hearing about it? CONSERVATIVES ONLY. This is AWFUL!
Imagine using OUR TAX $$ to push a Black agenda that comes from OUR GOV’T?? WHERE is the Special Counsel investigation? Yet, nobody’s discussing it!
    Gad!!!

  2. Oops…just came back to mention that I had this scheduled for publication a few hours ago; I’m not blogging it because you did 🙂 Sorry I wasn’t clearer on that!!

  3. Remember when Nixon’s statement almost derailed the trial of Charles Manson?

Until BHO came to power, Presidents really watched what they said about matters involving crimes — and upcoming and ongoing trials.

Why does the Obama administration keep getting away with crap? Sheesh.

  4. Have we come to this, that a man’s innocence or guilt is decided by a mob mentality? That our government has the audacity to motivate people to a cause based on race? This is the apex of community organizing and it really stinks.
Stopping mob rule is the reason for the Electoral College in our election process, what stops this same thing outside of that? The reasoning behind this is insidious.

    • Ron, it’s almost beyond human ken that our government would stoop this low and has become so biased and craven and cowardly.

  5. The math is wrong. Expenditures totaled $2,369.33? By Federal Government standards, that wouldn’t transfer a box of paper clips across an office (sarcasm intended). Looks like the spin doctors at work, minimizing the action.

  6. Instead of telling sharpton and the new black panthers to take a hike and go back to where they came from, they are facilitated in their hatemongering and protected by our tax dollars. Instead of keeping his mouth shut, obama fans the flames with that ridiculous trayvon could be my son garbage. I would like to see what would happen if eg., the KKK were to stage a demonstration in favor of GZ. Would they get equal protection? And be treated so nicely?
Remember those flash mobs that would descend on a store, rob it and disappear? I always felt those were just practice runs…
The administration is trying with a fair amount of success to drive a wedge between citizens. And to what end? Divide and conquer. That can be the only conclusion.

  7. If it comes down to riots I am pretty sure that the rioters are going to be surprised at their reception…

Lock and load, stand your ground and protect your family and home. It’s THAT simple…

    • I’m guessing it’s going to be primarily in Florida. . .

The prosecution is already making noise like they’ll “take” a manslaughter.

  8. MARTIAL LAW!!!! obummer is NOT going to throw in the towel on keeping those plush digs on Pennsylvania Avenue. He will be kicking and screaming all the way out the door and into the street if he is unable to stay there. He doesn’t give a shit if illegal means are necessary or not.
