Giving up: 40% women, 28% men, 39% youth don’t want a job

Nearly four in 10 Americans, or 92 million, are not in the labor force and now there’s a reason why: They have simply given up and don’t want to work.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the largest group of people not in the labor force are those who don’t want a job, a remarkable statement on the nation’s work ethic. The federal job counter said that 85.9 million adults last month didn’t want a job, or 93 percent of all adults not in the labor force.
First, that isn’t a terrible shock with regard to Millennials. They are a “kept” generation, like well-oiled, coddled and preened little gigolos and strumpets. Their mommies and daddies, helicoptering still, will keep them safe — at least up to age 26, when they fall off their parents’ healthcare.
A Pew Research Center analysis out Friday dug a bit deeper to find out who those people are. Many are younger Americans who seem far less interested it landing a job than previous generations, possibly discouraged by the lack of good-paying jobs.
The statistics regarding women and men are unsettling, indicating one thing above all else.
The Obama Administration’s ministrations are working. More people aren’t.
Obama, Demorats and Leftists are disincentivizing work. ObakaKare itself is disincentivizing work.
Congressional Budget Office (CBO) Director Douglas Elmendorf said most pointedly, in February of 2014, that ObamaCare provides little incentive to work:
“Rising the income,” “joining the Middle Class.” That is: becoming an actual productive member of society. As I’ve said for years: Hosts vs Parasites. When the Parasites outnumber the Hosts, this country fails. Just as the Cloward-Piven Strategy advocates via “Rules For Radicals.”
More women don’t want to work. More men. Hell, who cares? The government will simply take care of me. That’s like the old joke: “Who cares about farmers? I can get anything I want at the supermarket.”
The Obama administration lies about its employment statistics. It lies about the state of the national economy. The people not — purposely not — looking for work are never factored but they are lovingly embraced nevertheless. Give us more, the government says; we’ll show you how.
Add to this the millions and millions of illegals about to receive amnesty under Obama, and the fiscal and social toll this will take on the nation?
Obama and Leftists like to spew rhetoric about “sustainability.”
Statistics like these make this country’s ability to survive unsustainable.
