Hours 1 and 2: on New Year’s Eve eve, BZ spoke to two wonderful Conservatives who have graced his show before, and were sufficiently kind to appear on the cusp of a major holiday, late at night!

First up for bid was the splendiferous RANDY PURHAM, who is a 2022 Republican candidate for Alaska’s “at large” Representative, and his campaign site can be found here. RANDY has a weekly show here on TECN.

Also present and accounted for was the entirely rational and exasperatingly-cogent JEFF DUNETZ, he of Jeff Dunetz fame, chief cook, bottle washer, proprietor, ranch hand, creator, and quantum mechanic at the fantabulous LIDBLOG.COM. You know — the place you should visit every day if you want to actually know what’s occurring in The World.

This was two great hours of 2021 excoriation, naming and shaming.

A last look at the SHR Media studio before being completely moved on Friday, June 11th of 2021. You were a great studio, great memories, great shows — and always with great people, great hosts, great guests.

Thank you ever so kindly, Sack Heads Shaun and Clint, for saving me in 2016. I will never be able to repay you, except perhaps with my life.

No SHR studio is complete without the presence of Clyde, the official bobcat of the Berserk Bobcat Saloon.

The SHR Media Network studio moved from downtown Sacramento to South Sacramento. A brief video test was conducted, and a brief explanation of what has happened to the SHR Media Network, and what will occur in the future, was proffered.

The sound, by the way, was resoundingly crisp and noise-free.

The Saloon will be open intermittently, as BZ has indicated, because he is in the process of moving to a free state from Kalifornia, and conducting the logistics involved in straightening out his life, buying one house, and selling two others.

I wish to re-emphasize: the SHR Media Network is NOT going away. Nor is my show.

Life, whether we like it or not, will always consist of change.

We must all be Semper Gumby.

Senate Dems deliver stunning warning to Supreme Court: ‘Heal’ or face restructuring

Several high-profile Senate Democrats warned the Supreme Court in pointed terms this week that it could face a fundamental restructuring if justices do not take steps to “heal” the court in the near future.

The ominous and unusual warning was delivered as part of a brief filed Monday in a case related to a New York City gun law. Sens. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., Mazie Hirono, D-Hawaii, Richard Durbin, D-Ill., and Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., referenced rulings by the court’s conservative majority in claiming it is suffering from some sort of affliction which must be remedied.

This is nothing more than a naked threat from the Senate, threatening supremacy over another branch of government. This is absolutely unprecedented, as the Demorats are saying, openly, that if more decisions don’t go the Demorat way, SCOTUS will pay a serious price. This is clearly threatening the independence of the US Supreme Court.

This is the stuff of actual tyranny. Actual totalitarianism. Could you imagine had the Republicans done something similar?

For whatever reason, the show came to a bit of a crashing halt when the computer froze. Further, the confuser refused to reset when I held the power button down. I had to literally unplug the thing, then plug it back in. That’s the hardest reset imaginable. Then, once up and running again, the XSplit program, which hosts our video streams, completely died. It was just one of those nights.

That would explain, you see, why the show is split into two parts.
