Black officer shoots armed black suspect, Milwaukee burns for two nights

Raw footage from the Milwaukee riots, targeting Caucasoids for beatings.

Which brings immediately to mind this false adage promoted by the Left: once we have more black cops all will be well in the cities — black cops wouldn’t shoot black suspects being the clear intimation thereof.

Uh, unless they were armed and committing crimes.

Sylville Smith Milwaukee ARMED SUSPECT 8-13-16

Sylville Smith, law-abiding Milwaukee suspect.

For two nights in a row the city of Milwaukee has burned after the shooting of an armed black suspect with a lengthy criminal history, following a vehicle stop in which two persons took leg bail.  From Fox6Now.com:

“He (officer) ordered that individual to drop his gun, the individual did not drop his gun,” Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett said. “He had the gun with him and the officer fired several times.”

The man, identified by his father as Sylville Smith, died at the scene. It’s unclear whether the second occupant of the car is in police custody.

Smith was shot twice — in the arm and chest, the mayor said. His handgun was stolen during a burglary in Waukesha in March, according to police.

An interesting note is that “Milwaukee’s mayor and police chief say outsiders are fomenting the unrest that has wreaked havoc in a north side neighborhood for two nights since a black man was fatally shot by a black officer.”  Precisely as with various Black Lives Matter protests.

In the meantime, blacks were purposely targeting uninvolved Caucasoids for beatings, and the sister of the armed suspect told rioters to “take that shit to the suburbs, burn that shit down, we need our shit, we need our weave.”

Good to know that hair care is of such high import.

“This is a war,” says a Black Panther leader:

‘This is war’: Black Panther leader says ‘black people are being murdered’ and insists violent protests are protected by the Second Amendment

  • Babu Omowale is leading figure in People’s New Black Panther Party
  • Said there is a ‘war against black people’ following death of Sylville Smith
  • Comments came as a second night of riots erupted in Milwaukee

A leading New Black Panther figure has declared ‘this is war’ in response to the violent protests in Milwaukee at the weekend.

Babu Omowale, the national minister of defense for the People’s New Black Panther Party, said there is a ‘war against black people’ as ‘we’re the ones being murdered’.

His comments came as a second night of riots erupted following the death of 23-year-old Sylville Smith, who was shot by an officer.

You will note one very, very important point from the last sentence.  A lie of omission — even from the UK media (who can be more trustworthy than the American Media Maggots).  The purposeful omission of the race of the officer who shot the suspect.  Both are black.  This goes against the meme, you see, of both the AMM and the Leftists/Demorats who propagate the falsehood that black men are being shot down in droves throughout the streets of America by evil Caucasoid law enforcement officers.

This week, we’ll be examining that LIE and many others here at the Bloviating Zeppelin.

Kenny Baker, R2D2, passes at age 81

Kenny Baker As R2D2For those of us of a certain age, who first saw Star Wars introduced to us by way of a long, scrolling explanation at the beginning of the film followed by the seemingly unending bottom of a massive space ship, another era ends for us.

The man who was the character R2D2 from the Star Wars films, Kenny Baker, has passed in England at the age of 81.

From BBCNews.com:

Kenny Baker, Star Wars R2-D2 actor, dies aged 81

Baker made his name as the robot in the first Star Wars film in 1977 alongside Anthony Daniels’s C-3PO character.

Star Wars creator George Lucas paid tribute to a “real gentleman” and Mark Hamill – Luke Skywalker in the films – said he had lost “a lifelong friend”.

Born in Birmingham, Baker’s other films include Time Bandits and Flash Gordon.

After starring in the original Star Wars film he went on to appear in the sequels, The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, and the three prequels between 1999 and 2005.

He later appeared at Star Wars fan conventions across the world.

Baker’s agent Johnny Mans said the actor had been ill for a couple of years.

He said: “Kenny was truly a great friend, one of the nicest guys you could ever wish to meet, and a fabulous and talented performer.”

Mans described him as “a one-off” saying he would “never forget the laughs we shared over the years”.

“He will be sadly missed,” he added.

Indeed he will because, as R2D2, that character will always be remembered, as with the humanity that Kenny Baker brought to the role.

Baker’s nephew, Drew Myerscough, said he had cared for Baker for “eight or nine years” after he developed respiratory problems.

He said his uncle, who lived in Preston, had a passion for wildlife documentaries and had “a liking for lasagne”.

“He was just a normal, down-to-earth, regular guy that enjoyed life,” he told the BBC.

He said the pair “rarely” discussed Star Wars, but added: “His fans worldwide kept him going and he loved nothing more than going to conventions and meeting everybody – it really gave him that extra lease of life.”

Go with God, Kenny Baker.  You brought joy to, literally, millions.

Rio Olympics: more Muslim barbarity

In a sport steeped in tradition and honor for your opponent, judo, you can clearly see the disdain for said honor and tradition displayed below.

This is none other than a Muslim who, upon losing to an Israeli, could not find it within himself to bow or shake hands with the man who bested him.

Again, take a good look at Islam.

NFL refuses to honor fallen law enforcement officers

Law Enforcement ARM IN ARM Dallas Cowboys HelmetSo you say you like the NFL?

Perhaps it’s time for a bit of reflection on that.

From FoxNewsSports.com:

NFL denies Cowboys’ request to wear decal honoring fallen Dallas officers

The NFL denied the Dallas Cowboys’ request to wear a decal on their helmets during the season that would have paid tribute to the five police officers killed last month in an ambush.

The team had been wearing a decal with the words “Arm in Arm” since the first day of training camp this summer. Dallas police Chief David Brown and Mayor Mike Rawlings paid the team a visit on that day, according to Fox 4 News.

The NFL’s strict rules on uniforms forced the league to deny the Cowboys’ request to wear the decal for the upcoming season.

Dallas police said it appreciated the Cowboys’ support.

You can wear the initials GSH (for George S Halas) on your uniform if you’re the Chicago Bears for one dead man, but you can’t wear a removable sticker for five dead Dallas police officers.

From DallasNews.com:

Meanwhile, the Dallas Fallen Officer Foundation told TMZ it was “extremely upset” by the NFL’s decision.

“The NFL had an opportunity to be leaders and advocates for change in law enforcement,” Sgt. Demetrick Pennie, president of the foundation, said.

“These are our friends and our loved ones … it hurts to not have the NFL fully support us,” he added.

Cowboys executives, players and coaches walked out onto the field for the first practice July 30 arm-in-arm Dallas Police Chief David Brown, Dallas mayor Mike Rawlings and family members of the officers slain in the ambush in Dallas last month.

Cowboys tight end Jason Witten helped initiate the idea for the unity ceremony and also wanted the Cowboys to wear the Arm in Arm decal on their helmets.

The Cowboys placed an Arm in Arm decal on the back of their helmets following the unity ceremony to show the club’s support for the city and the officers’ family members.

Make no mistake ladies and gentlemen, the NFL is like the rest of sports and the Left these days, unwilling to go against any Leftist grain whatsoever.  The days of sports courage are gone.  That is certainly true of the NFL, which lives in desperate fear of offending blacks (who comprise roughly 68.7% of the teams) by embracing law enforcement.

It’s personal for the Chicago Bears.  I wonder if anyone thinks it’s equally personal for the Dallas Cowboys?

Eh, by the way, Dallas Police Chief David Brown is black, as is Sgt Demetrick Pennie.
