Kavanaugh: what next? (Updated)

The Senate Judiciary Committee is currently comprised of 11 Republicans and 10 Demorats. On Friday the 28th Judge Brett Kavanaugh passed this committee and will move to the Senate itself.

With one major caveat. Republican Senator Jeff Flake — yes, we knew that we had a Republican Judas/Brutus within the committee — demanded that there must be a week-long delay in order for the FBI to conduct “an investigation” of Kavanaugh before Flake’s affirmative vote could be acquired. That was his “thirty pieces of silver” and his dagger.

A hostage situation if you will, because six prior independent FBI investigations into Kavanaugh’s background were plainly insufficient.

The GOP Senate went along with those demands for a week’s delay. From AZCentral.com:

Sen. Jeff Flake gets Senate to seek FBI inquiry of Brett Kavanaugh sex allegations

by Ronald J Hansen

U.S. Sen. Jeff Flake sided with Senate Democrats Friday to try to force a one-week FBI investigation of the sexual assault allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

Flake agreed to send Kavanaugh’s nomination to the full Senate, but would not support a floor vote for Kavanaugh without allowing the investigation to happen. With Flake’s help, the Senate Judiciary Committee voted along party lines 11-10 to send Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Senate as a whole.

The Senate Judiciary Committee asked the White House to have the FBI conduct an investigation within hours of the hearing. The requested probe “would be limited to current credible allegations against the nominee and must be completed no later than one week from today,” the committee noted.

Flake, an Arizona Republican, had indicated earlier in the day his support for the judge, but pushed the nomination in a new direction after meeting privately at length with U.S. Sen. Chris Coons, D-Delaware, who is a member of the committee and a close personal friend.

In immediate response I wrote on Facebook:

Continuing in the fine tradition of John McCain by shitting on the GOP bed, Senator Jeff Flake — a lame duck who realizes he cannot possibly be held responsible for any of his actions — has decided to hold up a Senate floor vote on Kavanaugh. Why, do you suppose? Because he despises President Trump. Facts in evidence.

There was this from the WashingtonTimes.com:

Trump orders FBI to probe Supreme Court nominee

by Stephen Dinan

GOP pushed Kavanaugh through committee but agrees to weeklong pause

President Trump ordered the FBI on Friday to reopen the background check into Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, giving investigators time to to make sense of sexual assault allegations that have been lodged.

Mr. Trump insisted the new review be “limited in scope and completed in less than one week.”

He made the move in response to Senate Republicans, who after powering Judge Kavanaugh through the Judiciary Committee on a party-line vote earlier in the day said they would take extra steps to try to dispel the cloud that has arisen around the nominee.

Senate Demorats got their way with the able assistance of Republican Senator Jeff Flake. But not before admitted juvenile female breast-groper — who wrote about the situation in college — Corey Booker (see my post here) decided to act again like a child and exit the Senate Judiciary Committee room in a puerile tantrum along with Richard Blumenthal, Kamala Harris, Mazie Hirono and Sheldon Whitehouse.

J’accuse?

Let’s be blunt. We know about the molesting Demorat Corey Booker (and Demorat Keith Ellison for that matter). Let me remind you about Demorat Richard Blumenthal, from TheHill.com:

Cotton to Blumenthal: You don’t have credibility to question Kavanaugh

by Megan Keller

Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) ripped into Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) on Thursday for lying about his military service and then questioning Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s credibility.

“@SenBlumenthal lied for years about serving in Vietnam, which is all you need to know about his courage & honesty,” Cotton, who is not on the Senate Judiciary Committee, tweeted during the questioning. “Maybe he should reconsider before questioning Judge Kavanaugh’s credibility.”

Blumenthal has said he served in Vietnam, when he in fact sought at least five military deferments and eventually landed a spot in the Marine Reserve, where he was essentially guaranteed not to serve in the conflict itself, The New York Times reports.

So it would appear that Senator Blumenthal is another Stolen Valor liar. But of course you didn’t hear about that. Nor would you ever. The LDAMM conspire to keep It quiet. He serves their purposes so he must be covered and supported.

Then there is the Kamala Harris, who had an affair with the then-married black Demorat California power broker Willie Brown, 30 years her senior, so that she could herself be inserted into the California political power structure. Read this article.

Mazie Hirono is simply a buffoon who has no concept of America. And doesn’t want to. Hawaii? You deserve everything you don’t get from her. Like knowledge. Competence.

Sheldon Whitehouse is a zero who isn’t even worth mentioning. No one has heard of him. Ever. He’s as significant as my hemorrhoids and with much less seniority.

But what about that Jeff Flake guy? He was kinda sorta “in”, maybe, for giving a, perhaps, thumbs-up to Kavanaugh. Conceivably. Perchance. Or not.

Here’s what happened to Jeffie. He got a little bit of pushback from a couple of women in an elevator. Jeffie went full GOWP. Guilty Overeducated White Person.

But what do we know about these women, and what did they trumpet after this confrontation with Republican Senator Jeff Flake from Arizona? Oh, right. That they are connected with George Soros. From BigLeaguePolitcis.com:

Woman Who Confronted Flake In Elevator Runs Soros-Funded Organization

by Patrick Howley

Ana Maria Archila, one of the women who confronted Jeff Flake on the elevator at the Capitol after he said he was voting for Brett Kavanaugh, is the co-executive director for the Center for Popular Democracy and the Center for Popular Democracy Action Fund.

The Center For Popular Democracy is heavily funded by George Soros. The organization also identified Maria Gallagher to the press as the other woman confronting Flake.

Thanks for being duped into leaning far Left, Jeffie.

The Free Beacon previously reported: “George Soros is one of the largest funders to the CPD. Soros provided the CPD with $130,000 from   the Foundation to Promote Open Society in 2014 and $1,164,500 in 2015. Soros provided an additional $705,000 from the Open Society Policy Center in 2016.”

With regard to Jeff Flake, how do people operating on common sense and with actual convictions respond?

They say this: “My vote gets revealed when back in the committee hearing room. Up to that point, no one is privy to my vote. Not you, not my fellow Senators. I won’t give fodder to any side pro or con until called upon. I work for my Arizona constituents. No one else.”

Instead, it was proven that Jeff Flake will fold but upon a full front assault by a fresh slice of Velveeta cheese product.

Former NYPD officer and Secret Service Agent Dan Bongino responded on Fox and Friends regarding Jeff Flake.

Here is what happened to Jeff Flake: he became, once more, nothing but a useful tool utilized by the Demorats. They couldn’t care less about him, any more than a person cares for a pair of pliers or a ball peen hammer. When Demorats praised Flake for his “bipartisanship,” that’s code for him being said useful tool.

Any time you hear a member of the LDAMM — Leftists, Demorats or American Media Maggots — utilize one or more of the words “bipartisanship,” “compromise” or “agreement” with regard to any Republican, that means they got their way and the GOP got hosed.

The other thing you must realize is that the “favor” almost never gets returned. Ever. Who, on the Demorat side, is the equivalent squish to Jeff Flake, Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins or Bob Corker? There are no more Zell Millers or Joe Liebermans. JFK himself would be summarily drop-kicked from the current Demorat party.

As President Trump indicated, the Demorats were collectively larfing their arses off behind closed doors when Flake flaked. They are certainly sadder than Republicans to see Flake leave the Senate. But Flake is leaving because he knows there’s no way in hell he’s ever getting re-elected by pulling this shite.

Let’s go another direction. What does body language tell us about Brett Kavanaugh? Is he a liar? Who’s zooming whom? Who is placed more convincingly into the “believable” category? Kavanaugh or Ford?

What about another examination? Time to read Paul Ekman and Carl Stincelli?

Some might call this despicable. But once proffered onto Front Street, all is now fair. Ford and her lawyer opened the door. I’m simply walking through the door she herself opened.

This is interesting, from CNSNews.com:

No One Has Come Forward to Back Up Ford, Not Even the Person Who Drove Her Home

by Susan Jones

(CNSNews.com) – Christine Blasey Ford, a psychologist who has been in therapy herself, told the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday that she has vivid memories of the alleged attack, but not where or exactly when it happened.

In her opening statement, Ford said, “The details that — about that night that bring me here today are the ones I will never forget. They have been seared into my memory and have haunted me episodically as an adult.”

But again, no memories of any specificity whatsoever.

Mitchell asked her, “Would it be fair to say that somebody drove you somewhere, either to the party or home from the party?”

“Correct,” Ford said.

“OK,” said Mitchell. “Has anyone come forward to say to you, ‘Hey, remember, I was the one that drove you home?'”

“No,” Ford said.

But wait. Flake wasn’t just influenced by Soros Women. He met secretly with the Demorats as documented here by McClatchy.

“This is a better process”: Promise from Feinstein, Dems helped Flake with decision

by Kate Irby

Jeff Flake got the attention for being the driving force behind delaying a Senate vote on Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the Supreme Court. But it was backroom talks with Democrats that gave the idea the political fuel it needed.

Flake worked with Democrats Friday to craft the latest twist, a deal prompting the FBI to launch an investigation over Christine Blasey Ford’s sexual assault allegations against Kavanaugh.

Flake and McCain: two political hacks who attached themselves like destructive remoras to the sides of swimming Republicans when, had they been honest and clear, would have declared themselves what they truly were: both Demorats.

The Senate timetable is now pushed back, as other key Republicans such as Sens. Susan Collins, R-Maine, and Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, aligned with Flake in calling for the investigation before they would vote to approve Kavanaugh.

The sudden deal was all due to some quiet, secretive backroom talks with Democrats, including top committee Democrat Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-California..

“In an anteroom, back hall conversation, first with Sen. Flake, then with Sen. Feinstein and then with many other senators of both parties, there was a broad agreement that this committee has been too divided and too partisan in this process,” Sen. Chris Coons, D-Delaware, told reporters.

We know enough about opened doors — which is why I also wrote this on Facebook:

Jeff Flake has single-handedly guaranteed that the Kavanaugh vote won’t occur until after the midterms — if at all. Here’s what will happen:

1) It won’t be “just a week” to conduct an FBI investigation on the Ford allegations. You have to be able to contact ALL relevant persons involved and that will be extremely difficult to do in such a limited time frame.

2) Once Demorats realize they can force an investigation of the Ford allegations, they will then:

3) Force an investigation of the Ramirez allegations, and then:

4) Force an investigation of the Swetnick allegations.

That will be WAY past the midterms. Demorats take the House or Senate on November 6th because not enough Republicans showed up at the polls? Game over.

Jeff Flake has managed to, as his final gesture, swive the entire GOP — with his ire aimed directly at President Trump.

I was apparently prescient because the FBI investigation has been expanded to include the Deborah Ramirez allegations. Just as I predicted.

FBI’s Kavanaugh Investigation To Include Ramirez’s Allegations

The investigation will also look into allegations made by Deborah Ramirez, who accused Kavanaugh of exposing himself to her at a party when they were students at Yale University, according to the New York Times. Kavanaugh and the White House have denied those allegations.

When the Demorats sense blood in the water, like sharks they circle and sharpen their teeth.

People are bemoaning that there is no more civility left in DC. I wouldn’t necessarily disagree but with one major caveat: the incivility is on the part of Leftist Demorats.

What happened is remarkably similar to something that recently occurred to a friend of mine, who is now getting a divorce. All was generally “well” in the marriage for some years until my friend finally realized that, well, everything was unilateral.

When my friend began to insist that things shouldn’t be quite so one-sided, a major camshaft was thrown. All was well until my friend began to stand up and point out the obvious. There was actually no equality. Not a good recipe for success. But successful only on the part of the person being constantly catered-to. It was an awakening.

The same holds true for Leftists. They’ve been accommodated for years due, mainly, to the inability of Republicans to sack up and unify. Republicans generally lack commitment and testicles. As my goateed high school and civics teacher Mr Helms said back in the 1960s: “Demorats don’t win elections; Republicans lose them.”

Absolutely prophetic.

Mark my words. Demorats will push for more time and push for an investigation of the Swetnick allegations.

Why?

Because Republicans cave so readily.

UPDATED, MONDAY OCTOBER 1st:

White House authorizes FBI to expand Kavanaugh investigation: report

by Brett Samuels

The White House has reportedly permitted the FBI to interview anyone deemed appropriate in its investigation into sexual misconduct allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

The New York Times reported on Monday that the White House gave authorization to expand the investigation from an initial limited list of witnesses, provided that the review is completed by the end of the week.

The FBI has already spoken with the four individuals it had been given permission to speak to, the newspaper reported.

The Demorats are cheering with gusto right now.

Trump on Monday did appear to leave the door open to changing his mind about his nominee depending on the FBI’s findings this week.

“Certainly if they find something, I’m going to take that into consideration,” the president said. “I have a very open mind. The person that takes that position is going to be there a very long time.”

That’s today. There’s always tomorrow.

No, we don’t change the entire judicial process for one person

In 2012, during a counseling session with my wife during a difficult time in our marriage, I revealed that I had been subject to an incident in high school where I was attacked by an individual who had attempted to sexually assault me. I was at a party with another friend, I’m pretty sure, and another boy had pushed me down on the bed and tried to undress me. He’d said he wanted to have sex with me but I said no. We had been drinking. While he was grabbing for my crotch and forcing himself on me, he was kissing me and attempting to put his tongue in my mouth.

It was bad enough that I had been drinking. But I’m a Mormon and having any kind of sex outside of marriage and drinking were two of the biggest things you weren’t supposed to do. Ever. I tried to push away but he put his hand over my mouth and, well, I was really drunk. I couldn’t resist and, worse, when he was trying to turn me over, I thought he was going to suffocate me. Maybe kill me. One of his friends jumped on the bed and the three of us fell to the floor. I managed to get up and go into the bathroom. Then I managed to get out of the house.

I never told anyone up to 2012 because I was frightened. And I was really embarrassed. Here I was, a young boy, a Mormon, at someone else’s house, at a party, where there was drinking. I knew I shouldn’t have been in that situation in the first place. But I was a kid; I was 15. I couldn’t have told anyone. About the drinking. About the boy trying to forcibly have sex with me. I would have been in so much trouble. And it really affected me. It affected my relationships with women to the point that, in 2012, I need counseling to keep my marriage together. This happened in Utah. I ended up going all the way to Florida to escape it. It still weighs on my mind. I had betrayed my values, my church, my family, my friends. And I was almost anally raped. I know it. The whole thing was traumatic in the extreme. This was in 1982. I’m pretty sure.

Since that time, I’ve become a respected doctor. I’ve made something of myself despite what happened. I was able to get married. But now I see that boy, now a man, Sylvan Peratus, has been nominated to the US Supreme Court. He’s nothing but a reminder to me of that night. Now he’s all over the television.

It’s only fitting that the FBI investigate my claim. In fact, I demand it. I’m not exactly sure on the year. Probably 1982. Around there. Or the place. The house. Or the time. I’m not sure how I got to the party. I’m not sure how I got home. I was drunk. But I’m the victim here. I have some people who support me. Except now they’ve recanted. And I see that Peratus has a letter saying that 65 people support him. They’re all lying, obviously.

He represents everything that me, my family, my parents and my friends don’t believe in. My brother works for a law firm that supports work against Leftists, people I don’t like. I myself have worked for causes in order to ensure that Leftists don’t acquire political power of any kind. I worked against everything Obama tried to enact or pass.

Worse yet, Sylvan’s mother Hayley Peratus, while she was a judge, ruled against our family in a house foreclosure case in 1996. I never forgot that.

I wrote my local GOP representative about what happened, who then contacted one of my state’s GOP senators. I wanted to be anonymous. But now, somehow, something leaked and the media found me and so my name is out there. So is my allegation. I’ve retained an attorney and I took a polygraph back in August.

The GOP want me to testify against Peratus. My lawyer, who has worked for Judicial Watch and the ACLJ in the past, says that I simply need to be believed. I was almost anally raped. I know it. An allegation like mine is very serious and, after all, I’m the victim here. Not Peratus.

One Democrat Senator asked me: “If Mr BZ really did not want to come forward, never intended to come forward … why did he pay for a polygraph in August, and why did he hire a lawyer in August? And who paid for it?” Senator Feinstein asked.

This is clearly prejudicial. I’m the victim here. I may testify before the Judiciary Committee. I may not. I’m not sure yet. But they’re trying to pin me down, pin my testimony down, and that’s just not fair. I’m insisting that Peratus testify before I do. If I even testify at all. But no matter what, everyone needs to know what Peratus did to me.

Everyone simply needs to believe me. I say it, so it’s true. I’m the victim here. These dates the Judiciary Committee set in order to pin me down are completely arbitrary. What’s the rush? The November election really doesn’t mean anything. I need to be heard, on my schedule and by my terms. It should be my timetable and at my convenience. I’ve had 36 years to think about it. I just need some more time.

Need I remind you? I’m the victim here.

Would I inherently be believed by the American Media Maggots?

Women are clearly stronger, more resolute, dedicated, truthful, honest and possessed of leadership abilities than men.

Until they’re not, and wish — no, demand — to be protected like delicate, wilting flowers with little will or strength.

Am I sensing something of any number of mixed messages here?

Am I saying that’s what’s good for the goose is good for the gander? Clearly not. Situationally-dependent, women are more delicate and worthy of protection than Evil Men. Women cannot defend themselves. Men can. Uh, wait. Except that the current meme is that women are inherently stronger than men and inherently more believable than men.

Wait; that’s not exactly what’s being said either. What is being said?

“I believe her because I know she’s telling the truth.” That’s a sensible as saying the earth is flat or that the sun rises in the west because I’m convinced it’s accurate. It’s also an apparent embracing of Napoleonic Law where one is guilty until proven innocent.

In other words, being placed into a position where one must prove a negative. Good luck with that. Prove that you didn’t crash into my car in 1982 and drive away.

Yes. That is how silly it’s all gotten. Silly and, more importantly, damaging. Demorats resort — because it’s the only play that seems to work any more — to identity politics once again.

As of this writing, here is what we know.

Christine Blasey Ford has indicated she will testify on Thursday.

There are now three “witnesses” who have refuted Professor Ford’s allegations. Additionally, from Breitbart:

Nolte: Every Witness Named by Kavanaugh’s Accusers Sides with Kavanaugh

by John Nolte

The two women making sexual misconduct allegations against Brett Kavanaugh claim to have witnesses, but so far, all of their witnesses back Kavanaugh’s claim that nothing happened.

It might be difficult to remember this as Democrats and the media throw around phrases like “second accuser” and “attempted sexual assault” and “exposing himself” against the Supreme Court nominee. But the facts are still the facts, and every single witness named so far by both accusers say they witnessed nothing of the sort.

A second accuser has emerged. There is a continuing problem, however. From the DailyCaller.com:

THE NEW YORK TIMES WAS UNABLE TO CORROBORATE SECOND KAVANAUGH ACCUSER’S STORY

by Amber Athey

The New York Times reported on Sunday that it was unable to corroborate the claims of a second accuser who says Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh exposed himself to her in college.

Deborah Ramirez alleges that Kavanaugh thrust his penis into her face while she was drunk at a Yale University dormitory party. The New Yorker ran with Ramirez’s allegation on Sunday despite being unable to produce any firsthand witnesses or confirm that Kavanaugh was at the party where the incident was said to have occurred.

The New York Times noted several paragraphs deep in a report that it chose not to report on Ramirez’s allegation because of a lack of corroborating evidence.

But hell, why let the lack of facts stand in the way of slaughtering Judge Kavanaugh.

NYT also noted, “The New Yorker did not confirm with other eyewitnesses that Judge Kavanaugh was at the party.”

In an interview with CBS’ “This Morning” on Monday, Jane Mayer, a co-author on The New Yorker piece, admitted that they had no firsthand witnesses who could confirm Ramirez’s account.

Let me be abundantly clear: even the New York Times wouldn’t touch the story about allegations made by the second accuser. That in and of itself bespeaks volumes. To those who are actually paying attention.

The good news is this, from TheHill.com:

Kavanaugh: ‘I will not be intimidated into withdrawing’

by Jordain Carney

Brett Kavanaugh on Monday said he will “not be intimidated into withdrawing” from his Supreme Court nomination after a second woman came forward with a sexual misconduct allegation against him.
Kavanaugh sent a letter on Monday to Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) — the chairman and ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, respectively — saying the accusations against him are “smears, pure and simple.”
“They debase our public discourse. But they are also a threat to any man or woman who wishes to serve our country. Such grotesque and obvious character assassination—if allowed to succeed—will dissuade competent and good people of all political persuasions from service,” Kavanaugh said in the letter to Grassley and Feinstein.
“I will not be intimidated into withdrawing from this process. The coordinated effort to destroy my good name will not drive me out. The vile threats of violence against my family will not drive me out. The last-minute character assassination will not succeed,” Kavanaugh continued.

Judiciary Committee Chairman Senator Chuck Grassley has been more than accomodating to Professor Ford. But NO, she should not testify second. She should testify first. This is one of the basic precepts of the entire judicial process. One person — male or female, it doesn’t matter — doesn’t get to hijack the entire judicial system.

Here’s what I believe after having worked in law enforcement for 41 years and also as a detective for a large department in Child Abuse and sex assaults (amongst many other assignments).

  • All victims should be afforded the opportunity to make claims and reports.
  • All victims should be afforded the opportunity to be heard but not to be believed absent corroboration in some significant fashion.
  • Women are no more inherently truthful or believable than men.
  • Facts lead an investigation where it needs to go. Not a single allegation taken in isolation. But a series of facts with supporting evidence taken in totality.
  • Due process is primary.

It has been a chaotic panoply of errors, shenanigans, stupidity and a purposefully backstabbing derailment strategy played out in public for political purposes by Demorats. Any pretense at bipartisanship, compromise or good will has resolutely ended on the part of the Demorats. “By any means necessary” is now the slogan of the Demorat Party and they will stop at nothing until they have GOP veins between their teeth and are in total control with restored power in DC. Nothing is too low, no tactic too obscene.

Senator Mitch McConnell is correct with this Tweet on Monday:

Democrats and their allies are trying to destroy a man’s personal and professional life on the basis of unsubstantiated and uncorroborated allegations. This is a smear campaign, pure and simple…aided and abetted by members of the United States Senate.

However, the GOP is still back at “gosh, what will people think of us?”

This is for all the marbles folks.

America is on the brink of truly destructive DC governmental bedlam.

And this ain’t playing.

A funereal stain

I’ve had numerous opportunities to weigh in with my thoughts about John McCain, here on the blog and on my radio show. Until now I’ve deferred. But no longer. When I heard the above persons — and more — turn the McCain enshrinement into nothing more than a partisan offensive against President Trump, the gloves are now off.

Barack Hussein Obama, George Bush and daughter Megan McCain decided purposely to utilize use the funeral of Senator John McCain as the platform from which to slam the current President of the United States.

Thank you all, thusly, for allowing me to remove my gloves and cease my silence, allowing me to speak and write freely. Because, after all, you and John McCain went there first. Not me. Remember: John McCain had this event planned to the gnat’s eyelash months ago. There wasn’t an extemporaneous element in the entire shebang.

First this: let there be no mistake. John McCain served the US Navy with honor and sacrifice. He was taken prisoner by the North Vietnamese in 1967 after having his A-4E Skyhawk shot down over Hanoi. He was kept prisoner from 1967 to 1973 at the infamous Hanoi Hilton where he was tortured, beaten, and eventually made an anti-US “confession.” Still, he refused to meet with any number of anti-war groups where he could have curried favor with his captors.

Five and a half years later following release, and for the rest of his life, McCain’s wartime injuries left him permanently incapable of raising his arms above his head.

There is no denying: McCain held his mud and was, beyond any doubt, one tough motherfucker in captivity. I would be shockingly in remiss if I failed to mention his numerous military decorations and awards which would include the Silver Star, two Legion of Merits, the Distinguished Flying Cross, three Bronze Star Medals, two Purple Hearts, two Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals, and the Prisoner of War Medal.

Then came politics. And the McCain funeral on Saturday.

The John McCain funeral became #Resistance itself. How does that happen? How? Easy.

When the person who planned the funeral meticulously for months — John McCain himself — insisted that it do so. Whom to include. Whom to exclude.

So now I am free. Free to point out the obvious and the manner and fashion in which I shall be judged at my funeral. Not what I did in my 20s. But what I’ve done most recently. And perhaps properly so because, I freely admit, I am no one’s patsy and, through life, I’ve been rather harsh and judgmental. Just as Life has been harsh and judgmental towards me. Translated: “what have you done for me recently?”

“Recently,” John McCain has shat the GOP bedsheets for about the past two decades and made it not about anyone else but him. And just as his military history was the truth, here come some more unfortunate truths about John McCain.

McCain’s funeral planning was punctilious, detailed and purposeful. From MSNBC:

President Trump was specifically not invited. Purposely. So when you heard from the Fake News sources that “President Trump failed to attend,” etc, that was the result of McCain’s wishes, not Trump’s. So Trump went golfing. Just like Obama did during Scalia’s funeral. And Obama was invited to Scalia’s funeral.

From the BusinessInsider.com:

John McCain wanted Obama and Bush to speak at his funeral, but Trump’s not invited

by Ellen Cranley

Americans from Arizona to Washington, DC, will have the chance to pay their respects to Sen. John McCain at multiple memorials honoring the six-term senator and war hero who died from brain cancer on Saturday at the age of 81.

But President Donald Trump will most likely not be among the attendees.

The New York Times reported in May that Trump would not be invited to McCain’s funeral. Two White House officials confirmed to The Associated Press that the president was asked not to attend.

It didn’t stop at Trump. Sarah Palin and some of McCain’s campaign advisors were also asked not to attend. From my good friend Susan Katz Keating’s article at People magazine:

John McCain’s 2008 Running Mate Sarah Palin Is Not Invited to His Funeral: ‘It’s Sad’

by Susan Keating, 8-29-18

President Donald Trump and former John McCain presidential running mate Sarah Palin are not invited to memorial services for the iconic Arizona senator, multiple sources tell PEOPLE.

“Two names you won’t see on the guest list: Trump and Palin,” says a Capitol Hill source with knowledge of funeral plans for McCain, who died of brain cancer Saturday at age 81.

“Invitations were not extended” to the two political figures, confirms Carla Eudy, a fundraiser who has worked with and been friends with the McCain family for decades.

A source with knowledge of the funeral arrangements adds that several longtime McCain staffers were also removed from the invite list in recent days by Eudy.

And more “disinvitesfrom Politico.com:

Top 2008 campaign aides shut out of McCain funeral

by Eliana Johnson

Campaign manager Steve Schmidt, senior adviser Nicolle Wallace, and longtime strategist John Weaver were snubbed, as was former running mate Sarah Palin.

John McCain’s funeral will spotlight some of the late senator’s political rivals — but some of his closest campaign aides are being excluded from the proceedings.

Three of the most prominent members of his 2008 presidential campaign — campaign manager Steve Schmidt, senior adviser Nicolle Wallace and longtime strategist John Weaver — were not invited to any of McCain’s services, according to three people familiar with the guest list.

But let’s go back a bit. Because John McCain is clearly inviolate. Just ask the American Media Maggots.

From TruePundit.com:

NO MERCY: John McCain’s First Wife Speaks Out; McCain Dumped Her After Crippling Car Wreck, Angering Ronald & Nancy Reagan

Let’s harken back to 2008 to cover some important background intelligence about Sen. John McCain who has been lashing out at President Trump and others from his apparent deathbed.

McCain likes to illustrate his moral fibre by referring to his five years as a prisoner-of-war in Vietnam. And to demonstrate his commitment to family values, the 71-year-old former US Navy pilot pays warm tribute to his beautiful blonde wife, Cindy, with whom he has four children.

But there is another Mrs McCain who casts a ghostly shadow over the Senator’s presidential campaign. She is seldom seen and rarely written about, despite being mother to McCain’s three eldest children.

And yet, had events turned out differently, it would be she, rather than Cindy, who would be vying to be First Lady. She is McCain’s first wife, Carol, who was a famous beauty and a successful swimwear model when they married in 1965.

She was the woman McCain dreamed of during his long incarceration and torture in Vietnam’s infamous ‘Hanoi Hilton’ prison and the woman who faithfully stayed at home looking after the children and waiting anxiously for news.

But when McCain returned to America in 1973 to a fanfare of publicity and a handshake from Richard Nixon, he discovered his wife had been disfigured in a terrible car crash three years earlier. Her car had skidded on icy roads into a telegraph pole on Christmas Eve, 1969. Her pelvis and one arm were shattered by the impact and she suffered massive internal injuries.

When Carol was discharged from hospital after six months of life-saving surgery, the prognosis was bleak. In order to save her legs, surgeons had been forced to cut away huge sections of shattered bone, taking with it her tall, willowy figure. She was confined to a wheelchair and was forced to use a catheter.

Through sheer hard work, Carol learned to walk again. But when John McCain came home from Vietnam, she had gained a lot of weight and bore little resemblance to her old self.

What happened? Kicked to the curb. Carol married one of McCain’s midshipman classmates in 1958, then divorced as a single mother and married John McCain in 1965. But when McCain returned from Vietnam, Carol was either in a wheelchair or in crutches due to her accident. McCain’s marriage, however, began to falter due to his partying away from home and extramarital affairs. He was young and fine. She was not so much.

In 1979, McCain met Cindy Lou Hensley. He filed for divorce in 1980. The uncontested divorce became official in April of 1980. Carol never remarried.

But wait, there’s more.

All wasn’t butter and honey during McCain’s POW era. There were “issues” with McCain’s POW-MIA stance.

Again: why was McCain an obstructionist with regards to the POW – MIA issue?

So how do I remember John McCain? I remember him primarily in two ways, first from my own blog on June of this year:

Who urged the IRS under Lerner to pummel Conservative groups? That’s right: John McCain’s office.

Yes, certainly, I knew John McCain was pretty much an unmitigated asshole who customarily made any issue about him and should have simply been honest and changed his (R) to a (D) and been done with it. It’s no secret that McCain threatened to step across the aisle to the Demorat side.

Hell, John McCain has essentially been a functional Demorat for years.

So this should truly come as not much of a surprise, from the WashingtonTimes.com:

McCain’s office urged IRS to use audits as weapons to destroy political advocacy groups

by Larry O’Connor

A new report from Judicial Watch reveals a concerted effort from Sen. John McCain’s office to urge the IRS under Lois Lerner to strike out against political advocacy groups, including tea party organizations.

Thanks to the results of an extensive Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request that has been delayed for many years, Judicial Watch has obtained several key emails from 2013 that chronicle McCain’s and Democrat Sen. Carl Levin’s efforts to reign in the advocacy groups that sprouted immediately following the Citizens United decision from the Supreme Court.

Wondrous. John McCain keeping his end of the bargain to ensure his application to the Demorat Party isn’t round filed.

The documents uncovered by Judicial Watch include notes from a high-level meeting on April 30, 2013 between powerful members of McCain’s and Levin’s staffs and Lerner, then-director of tax exempt organizations at the IRS under Barack Obama. The notes reveal the suggestions from McCain’s former staff director and chief counsel on the Senate Homeland Security Permanent Subcommittee, Henry Kerner who urges Lerner to use IRS audits on the advocacy groups to financially ruin them.

From JudicialWatch.com:

Lerner and other IRS officials met with select top staffers from the Senate Governmental Affairs Committee in a “marathon” meeting to discuss concerns raised by both Sen. Carl Levin (D-MI) and Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) that the IRS was not reining in political advocacy groups in response to the Supreme Court’s Citizens United decision.  Senator McCain had been the chief sponsor of the McCain-Feingold Act and called the Citizens United decision, which overturned portions of the Act, one of the “worst decisions I have ever seen.”

Except, well, it was the law.

In the full notes of an April 30 meeting, McCain’s high-ranking staffer Kerner recommends harassing non-profit groups until they are unable to continue operating. Kerner tells Lerner, Steve Miller, then chief of staff to IRS commissioner, Nikole Flax, and other IRS officials, “Maybe the solution is to audit so many that it is financially ruinous.” In response, Lerner responded that “it is her job to oversee it all:”

Judicial Watch continued:

“The Obama IRS scandal is bipartisan – McCain and Democrats who wanted to regulate political speech lost at the Supreme Court, so they sought to use the IRS to harass innocent Americans,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “The Obama IRS scandal is not over – as Judicial Watch continues to uncover smoking gun documents that raise questions about how the Obama administration weaponized the IRS, the FEC, FBI, and DOJ to target the First Amendment rights of Americans.”

The truth? McCain was every bit the political backstabber and underminer — and more so — than Trump will ever be, because McCain has had so much more training, education and experience in the field.

You recall that in July of 2017, in direct contravention of his campaign, he voted NO on the ObamaKare repeal:

We conveniently forget that. We also somehow conveniently forget this, from TruePundit.com:

McCain illegally fed Classified FBI intelligence to Fusion GPS and Christopher Steele to Set Up Trump Tower Meeting; FBI Brass Helped Plot Scheme

Sen. John McCain brokered a clandestine and illegal deal, feeding Classified FBI intelligence to Fusion GPS and Christopher Steele to discredit Donald Trump prior to the 2016 election, according to federal law enforcement insiders.

McCain, a sitting GOP Senator, was provided names of “problematic Russians” the FBI had recently investigated or were in the process of investigating. Top FBI executives worked with McCain to provide the names of the Russians, FBI insiders confirmed. Then McCain, handed the list off to Fusion GPS who was working with Christopher Steele.

One of the names on the list was embattled Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya who was considered an international security risk and prior to the June 2016 sit down at Trump Tower was not even allowed entry into the United States or the UK, federal sources said.

Veselnitskaya also set up the infamous meeting at Trump Tower weeks after her name was handed off to McCain. The same meeting was used as an excuse to wiretap Trump associates.

A new and quite disturbing wrinkle in the FBI, Christopher Steele, Fusion GPS, and John McCain saga.

FBI insiders said the new McCain and Fusion GPS revelations clearly detail a conspiracy within the FBI to railroad Donald Trump’s presidential aspirations.

And it is all quite illegal.

FBI agents are calling for Congress to investigate McCain’s involvement with the FBI prior to the 2016 election. Specifically, FBI insiders point to meetings McCain attended in March and April 2016 when it is believed the FBI supplied names of Russians to McCain who then handed the classified Intel off to Fusion GPS.

I wrote about that on my own blog in January of 2018 when I published:

BuzzFeed’s Ben Smith: “I’m proud we published the Trump-Russia dossier”

Exactly one year ago BuzzFeed published what’s now known simply as “the dossier”: a set of reports put together by a former British intelligence officer named Christopher Steele during the 2016 presidential campaign. The 35-page dossier suggested that the Russian government had both compromised and colluded with President-elect Donald Trump.

Our choice to publish the dossier was greeted by outrage from two sources. Journalistic traditionalists didn’t like the idea of sharing an unfiltered, unverified document with the public, whatever the caveats and context. NBC’s Chuck Todd told me on air, “You just published fake news.” Mr. Trump agreed. He described CNN’s reporting on the dossier as “fake news” and called BuzzFeed a “failing pile of garbage.”

Then said:

And from Breitbart.com:

Fusion GPS Admits They Used John McCain to Pass Anti-Trump Dossier to Obama-Era Intel Agencies

by Aaron Klein

EILAT, Israel — The founders of the controversial opposition research firm Fusion GPS admitted that they helped the researcher hired to compile the infamous, largely discredited 35-page dossier on President Donald Trump to share the document with Sen. John McCain.

The goal of providing the dossier to McCain, the Fusion GPS founders explained, was to pass the information contained in the questionable document to the U.S. intelligence community under the Obama administration.

The disclosure raises questions about whether McCain knew that the information he delivered to the intelligence community was actually an opposition document reportedly funded by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee.

McCain’s office did not reply yesterday to a Breitbart News request for comment on the matter.

Last December, it was revealed that it was McCain who notoriously passed the controversial dossier documents produced by the Washington opposition research firm Fusion GPS to then FBI Director James Comey, whose agency reportedly utilized the dossier as a basis for its probe into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.

Writing in a New York Times oped last Tuesday, Fusion GPS founders Glenn R. Simpson and Peter Fritch relate that they helped McCain share their anti-Trump dossier with the intelligence community via an “emissary.”

But what’s happening now?

From MintPressNews.com:

Former Clinton Foundation Donors Flocking To The McCain Institute

by Whitney Webb

In years past, the Clinton Foundation enjoyed significant donations from individuals and countries that sought to purchase influence in Washington. But now, the McCain Institute is their new darling, having received large sums from the likes of George Soros and Saudi Arabia.

How odd.

WASHINGTON, D.C.– With the Clinton Foundation standing at the heart of the many scandals that dogged Hillary Clinton’s failed 2016 presidential campaign, it was no small wonder that donations to her family’s controversial charity began to dry up soon after her loss last November. Just weeks after the election, donations to the foundation from foreign governments plummeted, some as much as 87 percent, while donations from the corporate sector dropped by 37 percent.

While this was clearly devastating news for the Clintons – essentially signaling a drastic decline in their political clout – it has now become clear that the foundation of another former U.S. presidential candidate has gained the favor of many of the Clinton Foundation’s former donors. Republican Senator John McCain (R-AZ), current chairman of the Senate’s Armed Services Committee, has seen donations to the McCain Institute surge, particularly donations from ostensibly “liberal” donors such as George Soros and other long-time Clinton backers.

The McCain Institute is meant to serve as the senator’s “legacy” upon his eventual retirement and claims to be “dedicated to advancing human rights, dignity, democracy, and freedom.” Like the Clinton Foundation, the McCain Institute is a tax-exempt, non-profit foundation with approximately $8.1 million in assets.

Of which you’ve heard nothing from the LDAMM, the Leftists, Demorats and American Media Maggots. Even TheAtlantic.com wrote:

When John McCain Was a Democrat (Almost)

by Joshua Green

Over the weekend, John McCain led the fight against repeal of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” (unsuccessfully) and the Dream Act (successfully), the latter of which McCain himself originally sponsored. Afterward, Joe Klein unloaded both barrels on him–“a troglodyte,” “puerile and feckless”–bitterly wondering what became of the man he once admired.

It’s a good question. McCain has gotten a lot of richly deserved criticism for abandoning a whole host of what had seemed to be staunchly held positions for reasons of political expediency–to fend off a primary challenge from the right. But to my mind, even this criticism doesn’t capture the full distance of the ideological journey McCain has traveled over the last six or seven years. I’m particularly sensitive to this journey because I wrote a big piece about McCainright around the time he was at his leftward-most extreme, in mid 2002–a time when Democrats were still suffering through the hangover of Al Gore’s loss and McCain seemed a mighty and principled war hero, the “maverick” who had just confronted his party’s right wing and almost prevailed.

Then:

As a war hero who’s hawkish on foreign policy, he more than matches Bush on the military front. As a reform-minded foe of corporate welfare, Big Tobacco, and the Republican right, he is peerless. McCain is Bush’s most vociferous critic, voted against the president’s tax cut, forced his hand on campaign finance reform, and federalized airport security in the face of White House opposition. He has co-sponsored numerous bills with Democrats–many of them in the presidential-aspirant class–requiring background checks at gun shows (Lieberman), a patients’ bill of rights (Edwards), better fuel-efficiency standards in cars and SUVs (Kerry), and expanded national service programs (Bayh). He is even drafting a bill with Lieberman to reduce greenhouse gasses and mitigate global warming.

John: just be honest. Clear.

At least we straightened out the Bush Legacy. They too, like McCain, should have been honest and clear and placed a (D) after their name instead of an (R). Every Bush is dead to me. Hell. I live in California. Where every bush, literally, is dead to me due to drought and forest mismanagement.

So: civility, bi-partisanship and compromise. That’s what we got out of the McCain funeral, was it not?

Eh, sorry, no.

Precisely the opposite. The DC elites and the Leftists, Demorats and American Media Maggots all drooled over the McCain funeral because McCain pissed all over the Conservative Cake many times. McCain was no Conservative. McCain was all about McCain. McCain was no saint. McCain was no god. He was just another armored DC politician who ultimately voted his own benefit. No more, no less than so many others. That he got cancer was due to life span. I’ve had cancer three times. I’m still here. Does that make me a saint? When I kak will I be knighted and revered? Hell no.

“It was less a eulogy than it was a call to arms.”

When John McCain was proffered the opportunity to take the proverbial “high road” as complained-about regards Trump, McCain took the opposite path. As did many of the people in attendance who spoke at the McCain funeral.

John McCain, in his final influential hours, had a chance to make it all not about division. But he failed. And divided. He was no saint. He was no paragon of virtue. He was just a flawed little man who happened to step into DC politics, enjoyed it, enjoyed the power, drew lines, set boundaries, and made it all about him. Just. Like. Every. Other. DC. Politician.

The LDAMM embraced John McCain, quite frankly, because he was a useful tool at various moments. McCain embraced them on many occasions, and he opposed Trump. If there were such a thing as a classic, ingrained-like-a-tick “Republican” in DC, it was John McCain. Trump stepped in to blow that paradigm up. Hence the McCain/Trump controversies. McCain was all Deep State. Trump was an advocate for the disassemblage thereof.

Those who were proscribed from the event had no opportunity. Even those who were predominantly inoffensive.

And, truly, isn’t that McCain’s real legacy?

One bitter dude who didn’t sit in the Oval Office.

Sara Carter: “dossier” utilized to spy on Trump campaign

FINALLY. IT’S OUT.

And it’s what I’ve been saying and writing for months.

Sara Carter said it Friday night on the Sean Hannity show. The headline from Hannity.com:

BOMBSHELL: Clinton-Financed Russia Dossier USED TO SPY on Trump Campaign

The unverified dossier alleging connections between President Trump’s campaign and the Russians was used as evidence by the FBI to gain approval from a secret court to monitor members of Trump’s team, this reporter has learned.

A large portion of the evidence presented in the salacious 35-page dossier put together by former British spy Christopher Steele, has either been proven wrong or remains unsubstantiated. However, the FBI gained approval nevertheless to surveil members of Trump’s campaign and “it’s outrageous and clearly should be thoroughly investigated,” said a senior law enforcement source, with knowledge of the process.

Sara Carter wrote at SaraCarter.com:

Was the DNC/Clinton campaign-funded dossier used to obtain warrants on Trump team from the secret court?

Multiple sources told this reporter that the dossier was used along with other evidence to obtain the warrant from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, known as FISC. The sources also stressed that there will be more information in the coming week regarding systemic “FISA abuse.”

“(The dossier) certainly played a role in obtaining the warrant,” added another senior U.S. official, with knowledge of the dossier. “Congress needs to look at the FBI officials who were handling this case and see what, if anything, was verified in the dossier. I think an important question is whether the FBI paid anything to the source for the dossier.”

Representative Matt Gaetz (R, FLA) said it was “outrageous” if the FBI used the “dossier” to justify a FISA court warrant request.

Which, well, yes, apparently they did.

On Wednesday, Sean Hannity said he has also independently confirmed that the dossier was used to obtain the FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) warrant from three separate sources.

Imagine that. Not one anonymous source as is the current and common trend in American Media Maggot circles. Three.

The “dossier” is specious, already factually disproven, yet was utilized as the basis for the acquisition of surveillance warrants against those involved in the Trump presidential campaign. See: the “Fruit of the Poisonous Tree” doctrine.

NOW do you see why the FBI has been stonewalling? NOW do you see why the DOJ has been stonewalling?

NOW do you see why Judge Rudolph Contreras recused himself from the Flynn case? Because he was a FISA judge?

Are you beginning to see, as Leftists are wont to say, how we “connect the dots”? Dovetailing? Starting to make sense?

The specifically applicable portion in the video below begins at 4:00 and runs until 20:00. Gird thy loins.

This is what I have said. And now let me emphasize.

This will turn out to be the greatest black mark on the history of DC politics.

This is in fact indicative of a soft coup against a president campaign, a president-elect and a sitting president.

A soft coup. In America. In your country. In my country.

Committed by the Leftists, Demorats, the FBI, the DOJ and other governmental elements hostile to Conservatives.

A coup to overthrow one man, one campaign, because they did not agree with his politics and feared his efficacy.

Oh my, will there ever be more to come.

I truly believe this is the veritable TIP of the ICEBERG. This was far more than a mere RICO, this was an intricately interwoven purposeful and end-goal-designed SOFT COUP on an AMERICAN presidential candidate and now a sitting president. This is pure out-and-out treason.

Think about the implications.

Presidential candidate Joe Biden

From GatewayPundit.com:

Exclusive: Former Joe Biden Secret Service Agent: We Had to Protect Women From Him, ‘Weinstein Level Stuff’

by Cassandra Fairbanks

A former Secret Service agent assigned to the Vice President Joe Biden residence claims that the Service often had to protect female agents from him.

Speaking on the condition of anonymity, the agent asserted that,  “We had to cancel the VP Christmas get together at the Vice President’s house because Biden would grope all of our wives and girlfriend’s asses.”The annual party was for agents and Navy personnel who were tasked with protecting the Biden family.

“He would mess with every single woman or teen. It was horrible,” the agent said.

According to the source, a Secret Service agent once got suspended for a week in 2009 for shoving Biden after he cupped his girlfriend’s breast while the couple was taking a photo with him. The situation got so heated, the source tells Big League, that others had to step in to prevent the agent from hitting the then-Vice President.

Additionally, the agent claims that Biden would walk around the VP residence naked at night. “I mean, Stark naked… Weinstein level stuff,” he added.

Ah hell, that’s just Joe being Joe.

Check this out.

Now tell me who’s a great Demorat presidential candidate for 2020?

And while we’re here, you and me, let’s revisit some of the best Joe Biden-isms:

“It’s just Joe.”
