Isn’t it odd how quiet the American Media Maggots have been over this? They certainly don’t want the American Taxpayer to know that President Trump has been keeping up with his campaign promises. One of them was, of course, to repeal ObamaKare.
Senate Republicans have approved the repeal of ObamaCare’s individual mandate as part of their tax-cut bill, a major step toward ending an unpopular part of the health-care law.
The quote of the article, dribbling with uncommon common sense:
“Families ought to be able to make decisions about what they want to buy and what works for them — not the government,” Sen. John Barrasso (R-Wyo.) said, hailing the accomplishment.
“I believe if people don’t want to buy the ObamaCare insurance, they shouldn’t have to pay a tax penalty to the IRS.”
Was this passed in the dark of night like the ACA? Uh, no.
The Senate tax bill must still be reconciled with House legislation that does not include the mandate’s repeal. But that is unlikely to be a major issue, given support in the GOP conference for repealing the mandate.
No Democrats in either chamber voted for the GOP tax bills.
Now it’s time to make healthcare transportable across state lines, time to promote HSAs and past time to focus on the high cost of healthcare in America in the first place.
We’re just addressing symptoms at this point. It is time to address the entire system and throw healthcare into a free and open market with even more competition.

Thursday night BZ devoted his entire show — the full two hours — to an interview with Lily Tang Williams, the 2016 Colorado candidate for the US Senate via the Libertarian Party.
Hers is a wonderful yet cautionary tale about the search for freedom, Lily having fled Communist China on the heels of the Cultural Revolution. A bit of an inherent rabble rouser as she grew up, she came across
Lily Tang Williams appreciates the massive freedoms we enjoy here in the United States — the First Amendment, the Second Amendment. Essentially all the freedoms denied so many other people in China and around the globe.
Listen to the show. Listen to what she has to say about the country she left, the country she embraced — the United States of America — and the jeopardy in which the US now finds itself. Cautionary tale indeed.

Congress has handed Trump a historic presidential victory
by Jake Novak
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley is giving President Trump yet another major victory on judicial nominations.
None of this would have been possible without Harry Reid’s decision to kill the filibuster.
The result is Trump will get to fill the most federal judiciary vacancies in 40 years.
Stop there just a moment.
Let’s say you hate Trump. Let’s say you’re an EstabliHack Republican. But I digress.
Do you laud Trump? Do you manage to praise this fact — not a rumor or a hint but a fact? Or does it so stick in your craw that you cannot recognize a win when it appears before your very gesicht? That you cannot for whatever reason realize Neil Gorsuch could potentially be the veritable “gift that keeps on giving”?
And that you need to replicate the win?
President Donald Trump should give special thanks to two U.S. Senators this Thanksgiving weekend. One is still serving in the Senate, the other recently retired. One is a Republican. The other a Democrat. And what should President Trump be thanking them for? Quite simply they have handed him one of the biggest victories any president could claim in the past 45 years.
It is not a small thing, these appointments. They are incredibly significant. They are the first courts to hear issues of conflict. Which is why the Demorats, Leftists and American Media Maggots conspire to tamp the story down.
That brings us first to naming the Republican gift giver: Senator Chuck Grassley from Iowa. The longtime member of Congress has big time clout as the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee. And Grassley has just used that clout to eliminate one of the final hurdles in the already furious pace of Trump administration judicial appointments to the federal bench.
Didn’t we refer to a Demorat “gift giver”? We did indeed. The last person you’d conjure.
And that brings us to the Democrat who provided the initial generous source of President Trump’s solid triumph: Former Senate Majority Leader, and Democrat, Harry Reid. Reid is a major reason this good fortune has befallen President Trump because Reid was the one who killed the filibuster rule for judicial nominees in 2013. And when he killed it, it was gone for good.
“Watch out, you might get what you’re after. . .”
The consequences were entirely foreseeable but not in the fetid and knurled brain of Harry Mason Reid, he of the abject lie against then-Republican-presidential-candidate Mitt Romney.
But, of course, because he was a Demorat the issue was dropped. It wasn’t as if a camel turd was potentially aimed at the Bentley driven by Elon Musk. Elon Musk. Doesn’t that sound like a 70s bottled fragrance?
That long period of confirmation obstruction has given President Trump a huge number of seats to fill; twice as many as President Obama’s also large number of vacancies when he took office in 2009. The Christian Science Monitor reports this is likely the most vacancies for a president to fill in 40 years. And the Trump team hasn’t been wasting much time.
But wait, there’s more.
Consider that as of November 3rd, 13 Trump nominees to the courts have been confirmed this year. The big name is Supreme Court Associate Justice Neil Gorsuch, but we also have eight new federal appeals court judges, and four new U.S. district court judges. President Trump has now already surpassed the last four presidents’ records for first-year judicial confirmations.
Wait. Read that again: “President Trump has now already surpassed the last four presidents’ records for first-year judicial confirmations.”
And he’s even tied President Ronald Reagan number of appeals court confirmations in year one.
Judges. The gift that keeps on giving? Grand News Pt I:
But this isn’t just about sheer numbers, it’s about ideology too. While President Trump and conservatives have diverged in matters of policy several times over the past year, the judicial nomination process is decidedly not one of them. The nominees sent to the Senate from the White House are more conservative and even younger than what we saw during President George W. Bush’s two terms in office.
Grand News Pt II:
In case the importance of making an impact on the courts is lost on anyone, just note the many setbacks the Trump administration has suffered this year alone thanks to the courts. Delays and changes to the White House-imposed travel and immigration bans have grabbed the most attention. But the administration is also dealing with judicial push back and other potential hurdles on everything from its opposition to the AT&T-Time Warner merger to its transgender military ban.
Now fast forward a couple of years where the Trump judicial appointment surge will have set in across the federal system. Just for this administration alone, that could make a huge difference. And for conservative causes and cases over time, it will be even more significant.
A belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human racial groups determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one’s own race is superior and has the right to dominate others or that a particular racial group is inferior to the others.
A policy, system of government, etc., based upon or fostering such a doctrine; discrimination.
Hatred or intolerance of another ace or other races.
Good to see that racist blacks are tolerated and not held to answer for their bigotry and prejudice.
First a female black racist from MSNBC, Joy Behar, as documented by FoxNews.com:
Anti-Trump MSNBC host Joy Reid thinks rural Americans are ‘core threat’ to democracy
by Brian Flood
MSNBC host Joy Reid thinks that rural Americans are “the core threat to our democracy” and pointed to a series of tweets by liberal author Jared Yates Sexton that claimed Trump supporters “do not believe in the Constitution or any founding principles unless they’re advantageous” as proof of her far-left theory.
Who lives in rural America? Tons of minorities? No, as she well knows. Mostly Caucasoids and that’s precisely her point. She knows full well that she’s speaking not about blacks or other “minorities” in the fly-over states. That phrase itself illustrates the ignorance and blatant arrogance of Leftists.
Here is her Tweet.
Reid said gerrymandering reform and “the abolition of the Electoral College would be a start” when engaging with followers on how to fix the issue.
Again, this is massive ignorance involving our founding documents, the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights. She and other Leftists and American Media Maggots have no concept of these documents nor are they interested in learning. They have no concept of the phrase “checks and balances.”
I know precisely what Reid means and what she wants.
Black Lives Matter Plans To Block White-Owned Businesses On Black Friday
by Amber Randall
Black Lives Matter and other groups plan to block white-owned Chicago stores on Black Friday to bring awareness about police shootings, economic issues and alleged racism.
Local churches, Black Lives Matter and the Chicago Alliance Against Racist and Political Repression will block stores along Michigan Avenue and prevent customers from entering stores for the second year in a row, reports Crain’s Chicago Business.
But hey, advocating against spending in any store owned by a specific race isn’t by definition racist, right? I mean, not if it’s done by blacks against Caucasoids.
A big part of the protest is to force on people that it’s important to shop at businesses that aren’t owned by white men, Kimberly Veal, a leader of Black Lives Matter, said. It’s not yet known who owns the businesses that will be targeted as part of this effort.
Yesh, well, why let something as silly doing some research for facts get in the way of some good, classic racism?
One of the protest organizer hopes that this year’s protest will have a larger turnout.
Was the protest successful? Was it larger than the year before? Uh, no.
Indiana ‘Night Nurse’ whose tweet about white women sparked investigation ‘no longer’ with hospital
A nurse at one of the largest hospital systems in the nation who sparked an internal investigation after posting a controversial tweet reportedly “is no longer an employee” at Indiana University Health.
Taiyesha Baker, a nurse at the hospital, allegedly posted a tweet Friday under the account “Night Nurse,” saying that white women are raising sons who are “rapists,” “racists” and “killers.”
In a statement Sunday, a spokesperson for the hospital said “A recently hired IU Health employee tied to troubling posts on social media this weekend is no longer an employee of IU Health,” Fox 59 reported.
Taiyesha Baker, of course, is a black female.
It would seem that incidents of this nature are increasing.
One final note for perspective: in California ol’ BZ is a statistical minority.
