AG Sessions pulls the first swamp drain-plug, asking Obama attorneys to vacate

From Reuters.com:

Sessions asks 46 Obama-era U.S. attorneys to resign

by Joel Schectman and Mark Hosenball

U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions abruptly asked the remaining 46 chief federal prosecutors left over from the Obama administration to resign on Friday, including Manhattan U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara, who had been asked to stay on in November by then President-elect Donald Trump.

Although U.S. attorneys are political appointees, and the request from Trump’s Justice Department is part of a routine process, the move came as a surprise. Not every new administration replaces all U.S. attorneys at once.

Stop. Please notice what is emphasized and what is de-emphasized. It is emphasized that the event was a surprise. It was not much emphasized that it is customary for new administrations to replace the US attorneys as they are political appointments and thusly connected by prevailing political prairie winds. When Demorats do it, the process is all well and good. When a conservative or a Republican does it — as George Bush did — the process is now evil on its face. As expected, Leftist news organs went ballistic.

Gloriously, CNN’s Don Lemon saw a conspiracy behind every bush — or was it Bush? Sean Hannity knows all, sees all, and pulls the strings of DC from the Fox News studios.

Then there are the US attorneys who, apparently, are superior to others. From the WP.com:

New York federal prosecutor Preet Bharara says he was fired by Trump administration

by Devlin Barrett, Sari Horowitz and Robert Costa

Preet Bharara, one of the most high-profile federal prosecutors in the country, was fired Saturday after refusing to submit a letter of resignation as part of an ouster of the remaining U.S. attorneys who were holdovers from the Obama administration, according to people familiar with the matter.

“I did not resign,” Bharara said on Twitter. “Moments ago I was fired. Being the US Attorney in SDNY will forever be the greatest honor of my professional life.”

On Friday, acting deputy attorney general Dana Boente began making calls to 46 prosecutors asking for their resignations. Such requests are a normal part of a transition of power from one administration to another, and about half of the 94 Obama-era U.S. attorneys had already left their jobs.

Stop. So you see the difference in reporting? Reuters intimates it’s non-standard to expect letters of resignation and to accept them. WaPo says it’s a “normal part” of the transition.

Further, Mr Bharara believes he’s superior to other USAs and, as a result, doesn’t have to submit a letter of resignation. When subsequently fired he becomes shocked, shocked I tell you. Then, after wits collected, he stated he was proud of his “absolute independence.” This is LeftShockSpeak for “shit, I have to say something.”

Another point about USA Preet Bharara. It was he who prosecuted Dinesh D’Souza for election fraud (thank you, Pat Dollard) because D’Souza is a conservative and was a critic of the Obama administration — as was revealed in his newly-released case files.

“All animals are equal. Some animals are more equal than others.”

Could it also be that any number of these USAs should be removed due to incompetence? In my opinion that would be applicable to US Attorney Zachary Fardon in Chicago, who is noteworthy (or should I say infamous) for this:

Fardon became Chicago’s “top federal prosecutor on Oct. 23, 2013,” and has been heavily criticized for his lack of prosecution of federal gun law violations.

Fardon played up “his office’s role in fighting gun violence on the streets of Chicago” but a Chicago Sun-Times report on “court records in October 2016 showed federal weapons charges in Chicago had actually fallen slightly over the previous five years.”

The Sun-Times report squares with the experience of the Chicago Police Board. During a January 7 interview with NPR, police board chairwoman Lori Lightfoot said Chicago needed more federal prosecutions if they were ever to turn the tide on the city’s gun crime.

Lightfoot said:

We need to have more federal gun prosecutions in Chicago. Our federal partners from the U.S. attorney’s office, the ATF, the FBI need to be much more invested in this overall strategy. Chicago Police Department cannot tackle this issue by itself.

A final note of interest. Whilst the Demorats and Leftists wring their palsied hands over the terrible treatment by President Trump of the US Attorneys, President Clinton purified and cleansed the AG’s offices throughout the fruited plain in 1993 — including US Attorney for the Southern District of Alabama Jeff Sessions, who had been appointed by President Ronald Reagan and served President George H.W. Bush as well. Clinton ejected those USAs produced under Republican regimes — and had every bit of authority to do so. Let’s listen.

The bottom line is that none of this needs to be justified by the Trump administration. It’s how the game is played and the “mainstream media” or what I term the American Media Maggots have and will not tell you anything about the history of events like this. They want you to believe that everything occurs in a vacuum and is totally unprecedented. The American Media Maggots possess what I term a purposeful Historical Alzheimers.

That is why I say that the American Media Maggots have historically worked long and hard to earn their sobriquet of Fake News.

They are proud of the way they have acted and are acting now.

As conservatives, these common maneuvers are exactly what we expected of Donald Trump and, further, is precisely why he was elected.

“The spice must flow,” and the swamp must be drained.

The insanity of the racist DNC chair candidates

Recent DNC chairs; Debbie Wasserman Schultz (L), resigned July 2016, current interim DNC chair Donna Brazile (R).

It is no shock that the Demorats are in a very serious kerfuffle. Of the five stages of grief (denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance), Demorats have hung up on the transition from denial to anger.

I call that denger. Or angenial.

Many still can’t believe it occurred — witness the host of Leftists stating that Donald Trump is “not my president.” Also witness the sixty-seven Demorats who refused to attend the inaugural of Donald Trump, unquestionably the 45th President of the United States.

Following the scabrous and failed terms of Debbie Wasserman Schultz who resigned as DNC Chair in July of 2016 due to the exposed emails indicating the obvious (and successful) attempt by the Dems and DNC to completely sabotage the candidacy of Bernie Sanders, Donna Brazile stepped in as interim chair.

This is the same Donna Brazile — by the way, a former CNN analyst, fired on October 14th of last year — who leaked and fed CNN town hall debate questions to the Hillary Clinton campaign and later said “I’ll send a few more.” She also pushed back at CNN over coverage of the Clinton campaign. As in, CNN thought about changing up their standard fluffy softball questions to some a bit more probing, such as “what’s your favorite kind of cat” or “did you get your $10,000 coat on sale?”

TheHill.com said about Donna Brazile:

As WikiLeaks has shown us, from one single email account, quote approval by sources does happen. Sharing stories in advance with presidential campaigns does happen. Collusion via sharing debate questions in advance does happen. Reporters advising and/or cheering on campaigns does happen.

Facts in evidence, though Brazile had the temerity to deny them — another fabrication.

Up for DNC Chair is Representative Keith Ellison of Minnesota (5th District), who was sworn in on the Koran. A black Muslim, you see. The proverbial Demorat “best of both worlds,” a “two-fer” if you will.

Let’s let Kevin Jackson, executive director of The BlackSphere, tell you about Keith Ellison.

An “ethnocentric racist” who wants to establish a separate country just for blacks. Perfect. Further, he does indeed have ties to Islamist causes. Robert Spencer of JihadWatch.org wrote of Ellison:

Ellison has spoken at a convention of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA). Yet ISNA has actually admitted its ties to Hamas, which styles itself the Palestinian arm of the Muslim Brotherhood. The Justice Department actually classified ISNA among entities “who are and/or were members of the US Muslim Brotherhood.”

It gets worse. In 2008, Ellison accepted $13,350 from the Muslim American Society (MAS) to go on a pilgrimage to Mecca. The Muslim American Society is a Muslim Brotherhood organization: “In recent years, the U.S. Brotherhood operated under the name Muslim American Society, according to documents and interviews. One of the nation’s major Islamic groups, it was incorporated in Illinois in 1993 after a contentious debate among Brotherhood members.” That’s from the Chicago Tribune in 2004, in an article that is now carried on the Muslim Brotherhood’s English-language website, Ikhwanweb.

Is CAIR in there? Of course.

Also, the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) raised large amounts of for Ellison’s first campaign, and he has spoken at numerous CAIR events. Yet CAIR is an unindicted co-conspirator in a Hamas terror funding case — so named by the Justice Department. CAIR officials have repeatedly refused to denounce Hamas and Hizballah as terrorist groups.

Yes, Keith Ellison would make a wonderful Democratic National Committee chair, a position that will come up for vote in February.

Let’s shift gears and watch Sally Boynton Brown, another candidate for DNC chair (and current Idaho Democratic Party Executive Director), trot out the reasons she should be installed.

It’s interesting to watch the black male and black female in the background of her speech, nodding and smiling, thinking “she is going to make one very useful tool.”

It’s also interesting to note the verbal pandering she proffers to blacks when she says “and I can’t do it without y’all.” Naked pandering because, as she admits, she’s from Idaho and I’ll wager absolutely no one says “ya’all” in Idaho. And certainly not her, when she returns.

Does it not sound something like this, from Hillary Rodham Clinton?

Note to Brown and the DNC: keep it up. Please, please, please continue to double down on stupid, unforgiving and daft. You truly have learned nothing from your defeat in November and, for that, I thank you.

You know you can’t win on details or on facts or issues themselves. All you have left — as emphasized by Mr Obama — is a greater focus on division and identity politics using emotions manipulated to the Nth degree. Everything, to Demorats, distills down to only race or gender.

So, go ahead: please make the Demorat Party the party of Hate Caucasoids. Make Caucasoids of all shapes and sizes uncomfortable to be associated with you. Scourge them. Make them hold you at arms’ length. That’s perfectly in keeping with the Demorats being the party of the Little Guy because — in California and moving to other states — Caucasoids are in fact the demographic minority now. It’s also in keeping with the Demorats being the party of peace, tolerance, inclusivity and open-mindedness.

I say again: please-oh-please install either Ellison or Brown as DNC chair.

Fake news: CNN keeps on lying

First, CNN published this on their Twitter page.

Nancy Sinatra replied with this Tweet.

Second, CNN misled people with this story:

When, in fact, during the inauguration the crowd looked like this.

This is an enlargement of the photo to which CNN referred.

Do you want to know the facts? The photo above, showing fewer people, was taken early in the morning of the inauguration. The photo showing a packed mall was taken during the inauguration itself, a few hours later.

CNN is becoming the American Media Maggot version of Hillary Rodham Clinton, who could not open her mouth without confirming her serial liar status. Honest journalism is dead; CNN insists on hammering that point home roughly every day.

Let’s not stop there. I’d like to show you some of the Tweets sent out on Donald Trump’s inauguration day, starting with Bill Kristol, a Republican.

Bill Kristol finds it “depressing and vulgar” to hear a president say the words “America first”? Are you absolutely kidding me? Actively advocating for your country is now anathema to those who claim to be Republicans?

Until December of last year, Kristol was the Editor-In-Chief at The Weekly Standard, a Republican magazine. A Never Trumper from the outset, Kristol was responsible for convincing Evan McMullan of Utah to run for president as an Independent.

Let’s next look at the Tweet of Kurt Eichenwald, who writes for Vanity Fair, Newsweek and the New York Times.

A ridiculous argument as ISIS needs no further motivation to recruit, other than infidels exist in the world, and that Western countries exist as well. And, uh, Kurt, allow me to please improve your Tweets. I think you meant “smug” instead of “snug.” Of course, I don’t want to be putting words in your mouth. I’d rather you just look as silly as you are already, yes?

Caitlin Moran proves she’s obviously a public school graduate where spelling never counted.

Then there’s the mature, loving, understanding, tolerant and sensitive Tweet of Canadian Leftist Ashley Csanady, who felt compelled to add photographs of Barron Trump to emphasize her point. Hell, he’s a Trump kid so he makes great fodder for insult and ridicule.

But wait, it gets better. There’s nothing finer than accusing Barron Trump of being your next home-schooled mass shooter. Now that’s insightful.

This time our compassionate, understanding, tolerant and sensitive Leftist, Katie Rich, an employee of NBC, believes that libeling Donald Trump’s 10-year-old son is perfectly splendid because, after all, he’s Donald Trump’s son. Fair game.

Ashley and Katie, does that make you feel empowered, like you’re “big women,” by taking shots at Barron Trump, a 5th grader?

There were many, many more examples but I had to draw the line somewhere. Can you imagine what would have occurred had anyone done these same things to Sasha and Malia in their formative years?

I simply lack the words.

The truth about Buzzfeed and Trump

Let’s look at President-elect Donald Trump’s first press conference. Then let’s discuss the circumstances.

During President-elect Donald Trump’s press conference today, Trump took aim at “fake news” regarding the release of an unverified dossier by Buzzfeed, calling them a “failing piece of garbage.”

Following that, he ended up getting into an argument with a CNN reporter, who he also called out during the presser over their report on a two-page synopsis they claim was presented to Trump. With Trump looking to call on other reporters, Jim Acosta yelled out, “Since you are attacking us, can you give us a question?” “Not you,” Trump said. “Your organization is terrible!” Acosta pressed on, “You are attacking our news organization, can you give us a chance to ask a question, sir?” Trump countered by telling him “don’t be rude.” “I’m not going to give you a question,” Trump responded. “I’m not going to give you a question. You are fake news.”

It would appear there is no love lost between CNN and Trump. Let’s begin to explain, from BuzzFeed.com:

These Reports Allege Trump Has Deep Ties To Russia

A dossier, compiled by a person who has claimed to be a former British intelligence official, alleges Russia has compromising information on Trump. The allegations are unverified, and the report contains errors.

by Ken Bensinger, Miriam Elder and Mark Schoofs

A dossier making explosive — but unverified — allegations that the Russian government has been “cultivating, supporting and assisting” President-elect Donald Trump for years and gained compromising information about him has been circulating among elected officials, intelligence agents, and journalists for weeks.

Translation: we don’t much care that anything is verified or corroborated; we’re going to throw it onto the wall in any event because the information can do nothing but assail Donald Trump. CNN, equally despising Trump but perhaps even more clearly craven than Buzzfeed justifies publishing the story and promoting it (yes, I watched CNN do just that) under the guise of “news about news is news.” Damn the facts or corroboration.

In a nutshell, backed by the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal, this is what occurred.

A still-unidentified wealthy GOP donor — clearly not a good pal of Donald Trump — hired a firm in 2015 called Fusion GPS to assemble opposition research on Donald Trump. Fusion ended up hiring a former British MI-6 operative named Christopher Steele, in the spring of 2016, who wrote the 35-page report on Trump. Please let me point out that the DC firm Fusion GPS is the same one hired by Planned Parenthood to put a positive spin on videos showing the sale of baby parts. This is “good to know” information.

Because the meme was “in the air,” Steele was to dig up smegma on Trump’s “obvious” ties to Russia. Steele talked to some Russians and the gossip was included in the report later compiled.

The information somehow “found its way” to the FBI. That was not magic, of course. It was purposeful, by way of Arizona Senator John McCain.

Yes, John McCain — clearly not a good pal of Donald Trump — got this hot mess started. He sent one of his own operatives across the Atlantic in order to acquire Trump’s dossier from Steele. McCain discovered the dossier’s existence when he was at a Canadian meeting with Sir Andrew Wood, a former associate of UK’s Tony Blair who is, also, not a good pal of Donald Trump, and subsequently sent an aide to acquire the report, in August of 2016.

An interesting aside. Very few persons have dared to mention the direct involvement of Senator John McCain, even that stalwart “the spin stops here” Fox News guy, Bill O’Reilly, who purposely avoided mentioning the involvement of McCain in his Thursday, January 12th Talking Points Commentary broadcast.

John McCain turned the dossier over to the FBI, saying he did “what any citizen would do.”

The report contained this:

Lurid sex claims

The report states that in 2013 Trump hired prostitutes to urinate on the bed of the Presidential Suite at the Moscow Ritz Carlton, where he knew Barack and Michelle Obama had previously stayed.

It says: ‘Trump’s unorthodox behavior in Russia over the years had provided the authorities there with enough embarrassing material on the now Republican presidential candidate to be able to blackmail him if they so wished.’

Trump ridiculed the idea, pointing out that Russian hotel rooms are known to be rigged with cameras and describing himself as a ‘germophobe’.

Property ‘sweeteners’

The document states that Trump had declined ‘sweetener’ real estate deals in Russia that the Kremlin lined up in order to cultivate him.

The business proposals were said to be ‘in relation to the ongoing 2018 World Cup soccer tournament’.

Russia ‘cultivated’ Trump for five years

The dossier claimed that the Russian regime had been ‘cultivating, supporting and assisting Trump for at least five years’.

According to the document, one source even claimed that ‘the Trump operation was both supported and directed by Russian President Vladimir Putin’ with the aim being to ‘sow discord’.

A dossier on Hillary Clinton

At one point the memo suggests Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov ‘controlled’ another dossier containing compromising material on Hillary Clinton compiled over ‘many years’.

Elsewhere in the document, it is claimed that Putin was ‘motivated by fear and hatred of Hillary Clinton.’

Peskov poured scorn on the claims today and said they were ‘pulp fiction’.

Clandestine meetings

At one point the memo says there were reports of ‘clandestine meetings’ between Donald Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen and Kremlin representatives in August last year in Prague.

However, Trump’s counsel Michael Cohen today spoke out against allegations that he secretly met with Kremlin officials – saying that he had never been to Prague.

It has now emerged that the dossier was referring to a different person of the same name.

On Halloween, October 31st of last year, Mother Jones magazine — Leftist Paper Central — ran the David Corn story. No one else covered it at that point; not Fox, not NBC, not CBS or ABC.

On January 5th, Obama was briefed on intelligence and in that briefing the dossier was revealed. Even Obama asked why the dossier information, unsubstantiated and unconfirmed, was included in the briefing. On January 6th, Donald Trump received the same intelligence information from four quite senior US intelligence chiefs.

Simultaneously, Paul Ryan, Nancy Pelosi, Mitch McConnell, Little Chuckie Schumer, Devin Nunes, Adam Schiff, Richard Burr and Mark Warner received the same information. CNN then was the recipient of information from a leaker that Obama and Trump had been briefed on the contents.

That’s where Buzzfeed stepped in it, literally and figuratively, with their story. Please click and then read the article.

Many of the allegations have been completely and utterly discredited whilst none have been confirmed in any fashion whatsoever.

Perhaps now you’re beginning to understand the reason behind Donald Trump’s unhappiness at the press conference.

The bottom line is this: the information — uncorroborated, unconfirmed, unsubstantiated — was released with the sole purpose of smearing Trump even before taking office.

This is markedly different from the Wikileaks information about Hillary Clinton, the DNC, John Podesta and the American Media Maggots, insofar as none of that information has been challenged or refuted. The evidence is as plain as day. Those things occurred. The players are simply pissed because they were caught.

The gloves are off. It’s bare-knuckled brawling now. The American Media Maggots aren’t even making the slightest pretense of being unbiased or even semi-truthful. Any journalistic forms of standards or ethics are predominantly gone. It’s all about innuendo and allegations unsubstantiated.

Even journalist Bob Woodward is angry with the media and US intelligence agencies. From the NYPost.com:

Bob Woodward calls Trump dossier ‘garbage’

by Marisa Schultz

WASHINGTON — Legendary journalist Bob Woodward on Sunday clashed with his former “Watergate” reporting partner over the intelligence briefing of President-elect Donald Trump on the salacious allegations contained in an unverified dossier of opposition research.

“I’ve lived in this world for 45 years where you get things and people make allegations,” Woodward told FOX News Sunday.

“That is a garbage document. It never should have been presented in–- as part of an intelligence briefing.”

Further, Bob Woodward had serious words about US intelligence.

Woodward also said that “Trump’s point of view” was being “under-reported,” noting that outgoing White House Counsel Neil Eggleston could have given the briefing to incoming Counsel Don McGahn.

“So Trump’s right to be upset about that,” Woodward said. “And I think if you look at the real chronology and the nature of the battle here, those intelligence chiefs who were the best we’ve had, who were terrific and have done great work made a mistake here. And when people make mistakes, they should apologize.”

Glenn Greenwald at TheIntercept.com also wrote:

The Deep State Goes to War With President-Elect, Using Unverified Claims, as Democrats Cheer

This is the faction that is now engaged in open warfare against the duly elected and already widely disliked president-elect, Donald Trump. They are using classic Cold War dirty tactics and the defining ingredients of what has until recently been denounced as “Fake News.”

Their most valuable instrument is the U.S. media, much of which reflexively reveres, serves, believes, and sides with hidden intelligence officials. And Democrats, still reeling from their unexpected and traumatic election loss, as well as a systemic collapse of their party, seemingly divorced further and further from reason with each passing day, are willing — eager — to embrace any claim, cheer any tactic, align with any villain, regardless of how unsupported, tawdry, and damaging those behaviors might be.

Mr Greenwald is not a lover of Donald Trump, but he realizes the danger that is occurring in the US now.

But cheering for the CIA and its shadowy allies to unilaterally subvert the U.S. election and impose its own policy dictates on the elected president is both warped and self-destructive. Empowering the very entities that have produced the most shameful atrocities and systemic deceit over the last six decades is desperation of the worst kind. Demanding that evidence-free, anonymous assertions be instantly venerated as Truth — despite emanating from the very precincts designed to propagandize and lie — is an assault on journalism, democracy, and basic human rationality. And casually branding domestic adversaries who refuse to go along as traitors and disloyal foreign operatives is morally bankrupt and certain to backfire on those doing it.

All of these toxic ingredients were on full display yesterday as the Deep State unleashed its tawdriest and most aggressive assault yet on Trump: vesting credibility in and then causing the public disclosure of a completely unvetted and unverified document, compiled by a paid, anonymous operative while he was working for both GOP and Democratic opponents of Trump, accusing Trump of a wide range of crimes, corrupt acts, and salacious private conduct. The reaction to all of this illustrates that while the Trump presidency poses grave dangers, so, too, do those who are increasingly unhinged in their flailing, slapdash, and destructive attempts to undermine it.

The gloves are indeed off, ladies and gentlemen. It’s a bare-knuckled battle from here on out.

Because, after all, what do we have here? We have baseless allegations gathered by well-paid mercenaries for political assassins — on both sides of the aisle, make no mistake — to use against Conservatives, Republicans and Donald Trump.

That is what really occurred between Buzzfeed and Donald Trump.
