Special prosecutor for Hillary Clinton, et al?

People mock “Hillary Clinton’s bathroom home server.” This is a photograph of Hillary Clinton’s bathroom home server. This is true and accurate. That’s an actual toilet. Why was its existence ignored completely by the American Media Maggots?

And that is an idea whose time has more than come. It is long past due.

First, from FoxNews.com, the article written by Representatives Jim Jordan and Matt Gaetz to Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

Reps. Jordan and Gaetz: Special counsel needed as questions mount on Clinton, Comey, Russian Dossier and more

Mr. Attorney General, it’s time to do your job.

Why in 2016 did FBI Director James Comey call the Clinton Investigation a “matter,” not an investigation? After all, Mr. Comey wasn’t Director of the Federal Bureau of Matters.

Why in 2016 did FBI Director Comey begin drafting an exoneration letter for Secretary Clinton, whom he called “grossly negligent” in an early draft of the letter, before completing the investigation?  Before interviewing several witnesses? And before interviewing Secretary Clinton?

Why in 2016 did James Comey and the Justice Department give Cheryl Mills, Secretary Clinton’s Chief of Staff, an immunity agreement for turning over her laptop computer? Typically, the Department would issue a subpoena or get a warrant and seize it. Why in this case did the FBI agree to destroy the laptop?

Why in 2016—one day before the Benghazi report was released and five days before Secretary Clinton was interviewed by the FBI—did Attorney General Lynch meet with former President Clinton on the tarmac in Phoenix?

All excellent questions deserving of answers but obviously ignored by the American Media Maggots and all-but-ignored by EstabliHack Republicans. Why?

Why in the days following the meeting, and when emailing with the public relations staff at the Justice Department, did Loretta Lynch use the pseudonym “Elizabeth Carlisle?” If your conversation with the former President was only about golf and grandchildren, then why not use your real name?

Why was the decision on whether to charge Secretary Clinton made by FBI Director Comey and not the Attorney General?

Why did James Comey publicize the Clinton Investigation?

Why in 2016 did the FBI pay for the Russian Dossier? It’s been reported that in addition to the Clinton Campaign and the Democratic National Committee paying FusionGPS for the dossier, the FBI also “reimbursed” Christopher Steele, author of the dossier.

Why was FusionGPS co-founder Glenn Simpson meeting with Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya both before and after her meeting with Donald Trump, Jr.?

Why is the FBI so reluctant to tell Congress and the American people if the dossier was the basis for a FISA court order permitting the government to spy on Americans associated with President Trump’s campaign? If the dossier was a legitimate intelligence document relied on by the court, then why not just tell the country?

Why on January 6, 2017 did James Comey brief President-Elect Trump on the dossier? Again, if the dossier was a legitimate intelligence document, then why wait two months after the election to inform the President-Elect?

Oh my gosh, so please keep the questions coming. All necessary questions.

Why did the Obama Administration leak to CNN that Mr. Comey had briefed President-Elect Trump on the dossier? Several media outlets had the dossier prior to the briefing, yet no one would print it because most of the document could not be substantiated. In his Congressional testimony, Mr. Comey himself called the dossier “salacious and unverified.” As pointed out in The Federalist, did the fact that the FBI Director had briefed the President-Elect on the dossier give it the “legitimacy” the press needed to go ahead and print something they knew was not accurate?

Why did the intelligence community in the final months of the Obama Administration unmask names at a record rate

Why, after Mr. Comey was fired on May 9, 2017, was it so critical for a Special Counsel be named to examine possible Trump/Russia collusion? So critical that James Comey leaked a government document about his conversations with President Trump through a friend to the New York Times.

Why is the Special Counsel Robert Mueller? According to The Hill and Circa News, in 2009 and 2010, the FBI through an informant learned Russian companies seeking to do business in the United States were involved in kickbacks and bribes. Yet, FBI Director Robert Mueller did not inform Congress and did not inform the Committee of Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), the entity responsible for the decision on whether to approve the Uranium One deal.

Why did Robert Mueller not inform CFIUS? And why did the Justice Department put a gag order on the informant?

But most importantly:

Finally, why won’t Attorney General Jeff Sessions—the person with the visibility and responsibility to answer these questions—do his job?

On July 27, 2017, twenty House Republican members of the Judiciary Committee sent a letter to the Attorney General calling for a Special Counsel to get answers to the above questions.

On September 28, 2017, five House Republican members of the Judiciary committee met with the Attorney General and Justice Department staff to inquire about the July letter.

The Justice Department’s response? Silence.

It’s time for Jeff Sessions to name a Special Counsel and get answers for the American people. If not, he should step down.

Indeed. It is past time for same.

Following that article there was something of a dam break. Did it require Jordan and Gaetz to weigh in with pressure, was it a chink in the Clinton armor, or a bit of freedom perceived by Jeff Sessions? I’m not sure we’ll know.

Because, after all, we are skirting the fringe of BZ’s DC Axiom here:

“It’s an institutional culture in government. We don’t want to go after our predecessors because we don’t want our successors to come after us.”

From the WashingtonPost.com:

Sessions considering second special counsel to investigate Republican concerns, letter shows

by Matt Zapotosky

Attorney General Jeff Sessions is entertaining the idea of appointing a second special counsel to investigate a host of Republican concerns — including alleged wrongdoing by the Clinton Foundation and the controversial sale of a uranium company to Russia — and has directed senior federal prosecutors to explore at least some of the matters and report back to him and his top deputy, according to a letter obtained by The Washington Post.

The revelation came in a response by the Justice Department to an inquiry from House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.), who in July and again in September called for Sessions to appoint a second special counsel to investigate concerns he had related to the 2016 election and its aftermath.

Really? No pressure from Jordan and Gaetz factored?

The list of matters he wanted probed was wide ranging but included the FBI’s handling of the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server while she was secretary of state, various dealings of the Clinton Foundation and several matters connected to the purchase of the Canadian mining company Uranium One by Russia’s nuclear energy agency. Goodlatte took particular aim at former FBI director James B. Comey, asking for the second special counsel to evaluate the leaks he directed about his conversations with President Trump, among other things.

In response, Assistant Attorney General Stephen E. Boyd wrote that Sessions had “directed senior federal prosecutors to evaluate certain issues raised in your letters,” and that those prosecutors would “report directly to the Attorney General and Deputy Attorney General, as appropriate, and will make recommendations as to whether any matters not currently under investigation should be opened, whether any matters currently under investigation require further resources, or whether any matters merit the appointment of a Special Counsel.”

“Why did the intelligence community in the final months of the Obama Administration unmask names at a record rate?”

Laura Ingraham on her show discussed the issue on Monday with both Representatives Jordan and Gaetz. Please listen closely.

Things may be changing — on many fronts. This all, I should remind everyone, stems from the incessant bleat of Demorats, Leftists and the American Media Maggots of “Trump-Russia, Trump-Russia, Trump-Russia!”

Leftists, Dems and the AMM are getting what they want now — investigations. The problem is that these investigations are pointing most back to the Demorats and not the Republicans. Schadenfreude, heavy drinking, back-slapping all around.

In conclusion, there is this from TheAtlantic.com, indicating the reign of Bill & Hill may be over, perhaps to even include indictments on a criminal level.

Bill Clinton: A Reckoning

by Caitlin Flanagan

Feminists saved the 42nd president of the United States in the 1990s. They were on the wrong side of history; is it finally time to make things right?

The most remarkable thing about the current tide of sexual assault and harassment accusations is not their number. If every woman in America started talking about the things that happen during the course of an ordinary female life, it would never end. Nor is it the power of the men involved; history instructs us that for countless men, the ability to possess women sexually is not a spoil of power; it’s the point of power. What’s remarkable is that these women are being believed.

But then Bubba came along and blew up the tracks.

How vitiated Bill Clinton seemed at the last Democratic convention. Some of his appetites, at least, had waned; his wandering, “Norwegian Wood” speech about his wife struck the nostalgic notes of a husband’s fiftieth anniversary toast, and the crowd—for the most part—indulged it in that spirit. Clearly, he was no longer thinking about tomorrow. With a pencil neck and a sagging jacket he clambered gamely onto the stage after Hillary’s acceptance speech and played happily with the red balloons that fell from the ceiling.

Yet let us not forget the sex crimes of which the younger, stronger Bill Clinton was very credibly accused in the 1990s. Juanita Broaddrick reported that when she was a volunteer on one of his gubernatorial campaigns, she had arranged to meet him in a hotel coffee shop. At the last minute, he had changed the location to her room in the hotel, where she says he very violently raped her. She said she fought against Clinton throughout a rape that left her bloodied. At a different Arkansas hotel, he caught sight of a minor state employee named Paula Jones, and, Jones says, he sent a couple of state troopers to invite her to his suite, where he exposed his penis to her and told her to kiss it. Kathleen Willey said that she met him in the Oval Office for personal and professional advice and that he groped her, rubbed his erect penis on her, and pushed her hand to his crotch.

There is much more in the article for you to read.

This is, obviously, heretical writing — much less thinking — on the part of any Leftist.

When a standard Leftist organ turns, like The Atlantic, you know things aren’t playing well for you.

Hillary Clinton is the embodiment of sociopathy

As David Clarke said, “her ethics elevator has no bottom floor.”

  • She can lie nakedly in public and no one calls her on it. She can support and promote Margaret Sanger, an advocate of black genocide — which by dint of extension makes Hillary Clinton a racist — and no one calls her on it.
  • She can “stand by her man” while he places his penis down the throat of a young female intern and no one calls her on it.
  • She can take millions and millions of dollars of dirty cash from the enemies of the United States, sell our precious minerals to foreign hateful foreign governments, and no one calls her on it.
  • She can co-opt her own party by deceitful tactics enabling her to be the front-running for the Demorats and no one calls her on it.
  • She can lie to the FBI and no one calls her on it.
  • She can conduct business over illegal email servers for years — emails that likely got into the hands of US enemies — and no one calls her on it.
  • She can throw away every thread, every vestige of humanity for nothing more than political power and lie about every moment, every detail, justifying it in her mind with such easy readiness that I can only conclude sociopathy is at work.

Wait. One journalist calls Hillary Clinton out. Of course, it’s not an American Media Maggot. It’s a foreign journalist who, instead of a loving softball, throws an actual question.

Let’s be honest. Hillary Clinton couldn’t care less about anyone but herself. As far as she was concerned she was forced to have a child in order to further Bill’s political goals so as not to appear unapproachable and to mimic a family.

Do not think that, deep down, Chelsea isn’t aware of the fact.

Demorats and Leftists keep petting this animal, not realizing that one day it may well and truly bite back.

Hillary’s “skin crawls?” Really?

Though Bill and Hillary Clinton haven’t slept together since 1935 and barely share the same zip code though they are, air quotes, “married,” Hillary Rodham Clinton claimed via the recent release of her new Book of Excuses (with a title I shan’t publish here and with no link that I’ll provide), that her “skin crawled” in a debate with President Donald Trump.

But she also targets President Trump, recalling their second, town-hall style debate in October when the billionaire appeared to hover behind Clinton on-stage as she spoke.

“ ‘This is not OK,’ I thought,” Clinton writes. “No matter where I walked, he followed me closely, staring at me, making faces. It was incredibly uncomfortable. He was literally breathing down my neck. My skin crawled.”

You want to see skin crawling? You want to see creepy? Displayed in public for all to see? Look no further than President Trump’s inauguration of January 20th. Check this video.

Watch as Bill Clinton runs his allegedly-raping eyeballs over the figure of Ivanka Trump as she descends the stairs towards the platform to Bill’s right accompanied by her husband and president-elect Donald Trump.

Notice how he leeringly and with dribbling spittle mouths the words “Ivanka” as she passes next to him.

Watch more closely.

Then notice how Hillary catches his eyeball tracking and makes her thoughts completely and obviously known. This is nothing new for her. She had just hoped that he would attempt to keep his sexual addiction in check publicly.

So Donald Trump “creeps out” Hillary Rodham Clinton?

I can think of another person more dominant.

Hillary out to enrich the Clintons once more

How clever and how craven, simultaneously.

From NTKNetwork.com:

Hillary Clinton Launches Unlimited ‘Dark Money’ Group

Two-time failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton officially launched a new organization on Monday, “Onward Together,” with the stated goal of “advancing the vision that earned nearly 66 million votes in the last election.” Put more bluntly, the group’s mission is to advance Clinton’s agenda, which was unable to defeat Donald Trump.

The devil’s usually in the details, is it not? The detail that is smashed to the bottom in fine print is this.

Contributions or gifts to Onward Together, a 501(c)(4) organization, are not tax deductible as charitable contributions or as business deductions.

Translated: you can’t write that off and we take all the profit, thank you very much, you ignorant dupes, you useful tools. Because, after all, we deserve it and we are much smarter than you.

By listing itself as a 501(c)(4), Clinton is able to take so-called “dark money,” or money from donors who legally do not have to be disclosed, in unlimited amounts.

Anyone remember this, below? Of course you don’t. Just what Hillary Clinton is counting on.

Finally: just why would Hillary Clinton be doing this? Easy answer: because donations to the Clinton Foundation have been drying up terribly. And the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) has closed down entirely.

The spice must flow!

AG Sessions pulls the first swamp drain-plug, asking Obama attorneys to vacate

From Reuters.com:

Sessions asks 46 Obama-era U.S. attorneys to resign

by Joel Schectman and Mark Hosenball

U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions abruptly asked the remaining 46 chief federal prosecutors left over from the Obama administration to resign on Friday, including Manhattan U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara, who had been asked to stay on in November by then President-elect Donald Trump.

Although U.S. attorneys are political appointees, and the request from Trump’s Justice Department is part of a routine process, the move came as a surprise. Not every new administration replaces all U.S. attorneys at once.

Stop. Please notice what is emphasized and what is de-emphasized. It is emphasized that the event was a surprise. It was not much emphasized that it is customary for new administrations to replace the US attorneys as they are political appointments and thusly connected by prevailing political prairie winds. When Demorats do it, the process is all well and good. When a conservative or a Republican does it — as George Bush did — the process is now evil on its face. As expected, Leftist news organs went ballistic.

Gloriously, CNN’s Don Lemon saw a conspiracy behind every bush — or was it Bush? Sean Hannity knows all, sees all, and pulls the strings of DC from the Fox News studios.

Then there are the US attorneys who, apparently, are superior to others. From the WP.com:

New York federal prosecutor Preet Bharara says he was fired by Trump administration

by Devlin Barrett, Sari Horowitz and Robert Costa

Preet Bharara, one of the most high-profile federal prosecutors in the country, was fired Saturday after refusing to submit a letter of resignation as part of an ouster of the remaining U.S. attorneys who were holdovers from the Obama administration, according to people familiar with the matter.

“I did not resign,” Bharara said on Twitter. “Moments ago I was fired. Being the US Attorney in SDNY will forever be the greatest honor of my professional life.”

On Friday, acting deputy attorney general Dana Boente began making calls to 46 prosecutors asking for their resignations. Such requests are a normal part of a transition of power from one administration to another, and about half of the 94 Obama-era U.S. attorneys had already left their jobs.

Stop. So you see the difference in reporting? Reuters intimates it’s non-standard to expect letters of resignation and to accept them. WaPo says it’s a “normal part” of the transition.

Further, Mr Bharara believes he’s superior to other USAs and, as a result, doesn’t have to submit a letter of resignation. When subsequently fired he becomes shocked, shocked I tell you. Then, after wits collected, he stated he was proud of his “absolute independence.” This is LeftShockSpeak for “shit, I have to say something.”

Another point about USA Preet Bharara. It was he who prosecuted Dinesh D’Souza for election fraud (thank you, Pat Dollard) because D’Souza is a conservative and was a critic of the Obama administration — as was revealed in his newly-released case files.

“All animals are equal. Some animals are more equal than others.”

Could it also be that any number of these USAs should be removed due to incompetence? In my opinion that would be applicable to US Attorney Zachary Fardon in Chicago, who is noteworthy (or should I say infamous) for this:

Fardon became Chicago’s “top federal prosecutor on Oct. 23, 2013,” and has been heavily criticized for his lack of prosecution of federal gun law violations.

Fardon played up “his office’s role in fighting gun violence on the streets of Chicago” but a Chicago Sun-Times report on “court records in October 2016 showed federal weapons charges in Chicago had actually fallen slightly over the previous five years.”

The Sun-Times report squares with the experience of the Chicago Police Board. During a January 7 interview with NPR, police board chairwoman Lori Lightfoot said Chicago needed more federal prosecutions if they were ever to turn the tide on the city’s gun crime.

Lightfoot said:

We need to have more federal gun prosecutions in Chicago. Our federal partners from the U.S. attorney’s office, the ATF, the FBI need to be much more invested in this overall strategy. Chicago Police Department cannot tackle this issue by itself.

A final note of interest. Whilst the Demorats and Leftists wring their palsied hands over the terrible treatment by President Trump of the US Attorneys, President Clinton purified and cleansed the AG’s offices throughout the fruited plain in 1993 — including US Attorney for the Southern District of Alabama Jeff Sessions, who had been appointed by President Ronald Reagan and served President George H.W. Bush as well. Clinton ejected those USAs produced under Republican regimes — and had every bit of authority to do so. Let’s listen.

The bottom line is that none of this needs to be justified by the Trump administration. It’s how the game is played and the “mainstream media” or what I term the American Media Maggots have and will not tell you anything about the history of events like this. They want you to believe that everything occurs in a vacuum and is totally unprecedented. The American Media Maggots possess what I term a purposeful Historical Alzheimers.

That is why I say that the American Media Maggots have historically worked long and hard to earn their sobriquet of Fake News.

They are proud of the way they have acted and are acting now.

As conservatives, these common maneuvers are exactly what we expected of Donald Trump and, further, is precisely why he was elected.

“The spice must flow,” and the swamp must be drained.
