The TRUTH about Social Media

The most revelatory and accurate video you’ll see this month.

Watch before it disappears. It will.

Because that’s what social media does to truth — it makes truth disappear.

A small suggestion: sue Facebook, Twitter, Google and YouTube to within an inch of their lives

For those would-be ground-breaking attorneys looking to set a landmark case in terms of the rampant censorship by social media tech giants — yes, private companies — here’s a novel approach.

In 1946 the US Supreme Court decided the case of Marsh v Alabama, in which a Jehovah’s Witness was arrested for trespassing because she was distributing religious literature in Chickasaw, Alabama, a town that was wholly owned by the Gulf Shipbuilding Corporation.

Marsh argued that because the town’s roads and sidewalks were the only means by which she could exercise her freedom of speech — and because the town of Chickasaw had been open to public use in all other respects — the trespassing arrest violated her rights under the First Amendment.

In a 5-3 decision, the Supreme Court ruled in Marsh’s favor. Justice Hugo Black decreed that private entities do not have the right to ban speech on their property if they happen to own a monopoly on the means by which speech can take place.

Black also argued that the more private entities open their property up to public use, the fewer rights they have to ban or control what people do on that property.

Given that Google, Twitter, Apple, Facebook, and other edge providers are publicly-accessible entities that have deliberately pushed for monopoly control over the internet, it becomes clear that Marsh v Alabama prohibits them from censoring right-wingers.

The statute would also apply to ISPs, since they wield a monopoly over internet access.

All it would take to shut down online censorship is a halfway-decent attorney arguing that these left-wing big tech companies are literally violating the First Amendment.

Nigel Farage also has an interesting take in terms of restoring equality to the internet and removing Leftist bias.

Like a cat with the trots, we just need to think a bit more “out of the box.”

Gauntlet hurled to some enterprising Conservative attorney.

Pick it up.

Nigel Farage: “treat Twitter like a biased publisher and sue”

How do you right the wrongs of Leftist social media corporations who embrace bias against Conservatives, Republicans, Libertarians and all others they hate?

Nigel Farage has an interesting take.

Is this viable, or even a novel idea?

Representative to Mark Zuckerberg: “don’t bullshit me.”

This is a tete-a-tete between Representative Kathy Castor (D-Florida) and Facebook CEO/creator Mark Zuckerberg.

Oddly enough, two days after I published this post, YouTube removed the above video, as you can see, in which Rep. Castor said “don’t bullshit me.” Let’s try again. This is the best I could do.

“In the end, Americans do not like to be manipulated,” Castor stated in faux umbrage.

Unsaid: “And that tolerance level is reached when Conservatives become involved.”

True. Demorats were only pissed off because Zuckerberg was compromised this time by Republicans and not Demorats. “They were on our side.”

A former media director for the Obama campaign said Facebook allowed them to access the personal data of its users in 2011 because the social media giant was “on our side.”

“They came to office in the days following election recruiting & were very candid that they allowed us to do things they wouldn’t have allowed someone else to do because they were on our side,” Carol Davidsen, director of data integration and media analytics for Obama for America, wrote Sunday on Twitter.

Davidsen said she and her team were able to gather massive amounts of personal information from Facebook users, as well as their friends.

“Facebook was surprised we were able to suck out the whole social graph, but they didn’t stop us once they realized that was what we were doing,” she said on Twitter.

It only becomes EVIL when the GOP finally figures out how to collect data for the Trump campaign.

It’s perfect acceptable that the Demorats figured this out back in 2015. Carol Davidsen, Obama’s campaign manager, said as immured below and above.

This excuses the female Demorat Representative from saying the word “bullshit” in chambers as we inherently know that Castor is emphatic and means what she says. Dammit. Faux umbrage.

Such drama.

It was all for show anyway. Zuckie’s lawyers told him “Look, show up, look a little contrite, answer some questions and it’s all over. This is Kabuki Theater, dude. It’s all for jerking off people who think something will be done. Mellow out.”

Trust me, after that Zuckerberg hit the Xanax and Paxil, big time.

Okay. Back to making billions.

All you need to know about Mark Zuckerberg in a few videos

Mark Zuckerberg’s $72.7 billion dollar booster seat.

But before we begin, a bit of insight unprovided by the American Media Maggots but covered by BZ.

Something tells me Zuckerberg, at 33, is too young to have hemorrhoids.

Mark Zuckerberg, owner and creator of Facebook, is 5’7″ tall. That’s even shorter than BZ by two inches. Oddly enough, that’s the height of Vladimir Putin. Make of that what you will. From FoxNews.com:

Mark Zuckerberg mocked online for using ‘booster seat’ during Facebook hearing

by Jennifer Earl

Mark Zuckerberg spend a grueling five hours testifying before a joint hearing of the Senate’s Commerce and Judiciary committees on Tuesday, but the internet wasn’t exactly as concerned with the Facebook CEO’s words as they were with his seating arrangement.

Photographs of an uncomfortable Zuckerberg, 33, perched atop a seat pillow that Twitter users dubbed a “billionaire’s booster seat” quickly made the rounds online — and inspired countless memes.

“I might not be a billionaire, I might not own a massive business. But, I can say, that if I ever have to face a US Senate inquiry, I won’t need a booster seat to sit at the big boy table,” one Twitter user quipped.

Facts in evidence. Note the photographs. Then look at Zuckerberg’s own notes at the hearing. He has to be reminded as to the “accomplishments” of Facebook.

First up to bat: Zuckie and Ted Cruz.

If you have to prevaricate and quantify then, uh, no, you are not an adherent to the First Amendment. You’re an adherent to your own biased political views.

A few more testy bits. Say Zuckie, what about that 2% compliancy rate at Facebook in terms of diversity, eh wot? NC Representative George Butterfield was unhappy. George wasn’t interested in security, oh no. Diversity. Where are the jobs for unskilled blacks at Facebook besides the janitorial staff? Why not a black on the board?

Remember now, it’s EVIL when the GOP finally figures out how to collect data for the Trump campaign. Let’s listen.

On the other hand, it’s perfect acceptable that the Demorats figured this out back in 2015. Carol Davidsen, Obama’s campaign manager, had this to say about that event.

Let’s listen to Maxine Waters talk about Obama’s database and the plans she has for its utilization. Because, naturally, data collection on behalf of Demorats and Leftists by any means necessary is quite acceptable. Take it away Maxine, who talks about the Organizing for America secret database.

In summary:

You want some more insight? Listen to what former Facebook employee Sandy Parakilas says about Zuckerberg.

Are the clouds beginning to part for you yet?

If Facebook likes your ideology, you’re golden.

If you’re a Conservative or a Republican, you can go to hell. Begone, Evildoers.

So sayeth Zuckie the Booster Seat Boy.
