BZ’s Berserk Bobcat Saloon Radio Show, “The Aftermath,” with Professor Michael Jones, Thursday, September 14th, 2017

Featuring Right thinking from a left brain, doing the job the American Media Maggots won’t, embracing ubiquitous, sagacious perspicacity and broadcasting behind enemy lines in Occupied Fornicalia from the veritable Belly of the Beast, the Bill Mill in Sacramento, Fornicalia, I continue to proffer my thanks to the SHR Media Network for allowing me to utilize their studio and hijack their air twice weekly, Tuesdays and Thursdays, thanks to my shameless contract, as well as appear on the Sack Heads Radio Show each Wednesday evening.

Thursday’s show featured the Underground Professor, Dr Michael Jones, and also a few stories which led up to one massive revelation — finally given verbalization by an individual I highly respect — that I term the DC Axiom, which answers most questions about the swamp. And why little gets done in Washington.

Tonight in the Saloon:

  • Jersey Joe wasn’t on tonight so YouTube decided not to hose me;
  • UK teachers scared to teach about 9/11, fearing Muslims will complain;
  • Dr Jones talks first about how Houston and Florida are no longer on the radar scopes of the American Media Maggots because Trump isn’t booting the issue;
  • Give Trump a break; keep cool and carry on regarding Trump, Schumer, Pelosi;
  • Schumer and Pelosi jumped first to create the narrative that Trump deflated;
  • Only a completely secular person can now hold a position in the federal gov’t?
  • Feinstein & Demorats grill a Catholic professor nominated for the 7th DCA;
  • California wants to secede? Straight ahead; you’ll all fail abjectly;
  • Can a state secede? Dr Jones thinks, after everything, yes, a state could;
  • We compare and contrast California vs Texas and their infrastructure;
  • Dr Jones differentiates the central government vs the federal government;
  • Texas has energy independence absolutely nailed;
  • Dr Jones: sanctuary cities are entirely unconstitutional;
  • What authority does a government have to not follow laws?
  • Picking and choosing what laws will be obeyed and disobeyed;
  • Is the FBI Constitutional? Dr Jones thinks, bottom line, it isn’t;
  • Happy Stories: “that sucker’s coming down!”
  • North Korea launches another missile over Japan;
  • Are we looking directly into the eyes of WW III?
  • We know: WW IV will be fought with rocks and sticks;
  • Susan Rice admits unmasking Trump team after strident denial; SHE LIED;
  • Diane Feinstein grills Professor Barrett because she isn’t a complete secularist;
  • Those grillings have a slight bit of consequence; it’s all about Trump, not her;
  • Nancy Pelosi is losing whatever marbles she once possessed;
  • Sessions’s DOJ will not investigate the IRS and Lois Lerner;
  • Three branches of government? No, there are 4, to include the Bureaucratic;
  • GOP senators say: Comey cleared Hillary Clinton before her interview;
  • Shame on the FBI for dropping Hillary’s email scandal;
  • James Comey has managed to drag the FBI into every terrible cesspool;
  • Comey conducted a FAKE investigation into Hillary Rodham Clinton;
  • The ultimate DC Axiom finally revealed.

Texas Governor Abbott vs Travis County

Just as elections have consequences, we may finally be turning the corning on the corresponding axiom of “actions have consequences.”

First, the story from Statesman.com:

Abbott: Governor’s office to cut funding for Travis County after immigration policy change

by Tony Plohetski and Katie Hall

6:10 p.m. update: Soon after newly elected Travis County Sheriff Sally Hernandez announced she would be scaling back her department’s cooperation with federal immigration agents, Gov. Greg Abbott tweeted that his office will cut funding “for Travis County adopting sanctuary policies.”

“Stiffer penalties coming,” his tweet says.

This week, the American-Statesman reported that she had notified the county that it would soon no longer be complying with federal agents’ requests in many cases. The county consequently could lose up to $1.8 million in grants because the governor’s office requires compliance in order to receive grants.

Gov. Greg Abbott said via Twitter in response to the Statesman’s report, “I’m about to up the ante. No more sanctuary cities in Texas.”

The Travis County sheriff’s office has a $169 million budget, according to the county’s budget website. The $1.8 million would represent 1 percent of that budget.

Earlier: In a major policy shift that is already being met with controversy, Travis County Sheriff Sally Hernandez on Friday announced that she is scaling back the amount of aid her department provides federal immigration agents in detaining suspects who may be in the country illegally.

Traditionally, the county has honored nearly all requests by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to hold a suspect booked into jail when agents have wanted to investigate their status further.

However, effective Feb. 1, sheriff’s officials will honor so-called immigration holds or “detainers” placed by federal authorities only when a suspect is booked into the Travis County Jail on charges of capital murder, aggravated sexual assault and “continuous smuggling of persons.”

Sanctuary cities/counties/states do in fact violate federal law no matter what bias-enhanced fake news Leftist websites may indicate. That is the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigration Responsibility Act of 1996. It specifically requires states and municipalities to cooperate with federal authorities when it comes to immigration enforcement. That is 8 USC section 1324.

To put the issue into perspective, I always enjoy including this quote from CSU Fresno Professor Victor Davis Hanson, a wonderful author as well.

Much of the rural West opposes the Endangered Species Act. Can Wyoming declare that federally protected rats and bugs are not protected inside its state borders, when such pests obstruct construction of dams or highways? Many conservatives oppose federal restrictions on gun sales. Could Oklahoma City declare hand-gun purchases within its city-limits free of federal firearms statutes? Perhaps Little Rock could ignore a Supreme Court ruling and announce that gay marriage is not legal within its jurisdiction. On what rationale would liberals in California object to such nullifications — that neither state nor city had the right to ignore a federal law or to obstruct the law enforcement duties of federal officials?

On a positive note, H.R. 83 was introduced on January 5th by Representative Lou Barletta (R, PA 11th), the Mobilizing Against Sanctuary Cities Act, which would cease federal funding to sanctuary regions or entities for one year. As Barletta said, “they would not get one federal cent.” We’re talking potentially billions of federal dollars of highway, education and medicaid cash.

We are a nation of laws operating under the rule of law. If we have no rule of law, then most any city, county or state may arbitrarily decide which laws they wish to obey or disregard. Therefore, if that stands, it logically follows that the individual likewise has the freedom to obey or disregard the laws that he or she chooses, when he or she chooses.

It is the path to chaos.

The time is now to stop the chaos, and establish and reaffirm discipline and sovereignty.

Sen. Sessions: ‘Deliberate Plan by President’ to Collapse U.S. Law Enforcement System

Cruz-on-obamas-lawsFrom CNSNews.com:

by Craig Bannister

Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) said today that Americans need to stand up to “a deliberate plan by the president of the United States” to collapse the nation’s law enforcement system regarding illegal immigration.

“Our law enforcement system is in a state of collapse, and it’s a deliberate plan by the president of the United States, and it’s wrong. And, people need to be aware of it and need to stand up to it and I believe the American people are beginning to do so.”

“So, you come into the country illegally and the attorney general of the United States declares that these individuals have a civil right to amnesty. How can this possibly be: the chief law enforcement officer in America?

I believe those are entirely viable comments for Mr Sessions to make.

Then, of course, there is this:

Hoping for Asylum, Migrants Strain U.S. Border

by Julia Preston

HIDALGO, Tex. — Border Patrol agents in olive uniforms stood in broad daylight on the banks of the Rio Grande, while on the Mexican side smugglers pulled up in vans and unloaded illegal migrants.

The agents were clearly visible on that recent afternoon, but the migrants were undeterred. Mainly women and children, 45 in all, they crossed the narrow river on the smugglers’ rafts, scrambled up the bluff and turned themselves in, signaling a growing challenge for the immigration authorities.

The migrants are no longer primarily Mexican laborers. Instead they are Central Americans, including many families with small children and youngsters without their parents, who risk a danger-filled journey across Mexico. Driven out by deepening poverty but also by rampant gang violence, increasing numbers of migrants caught here seek asylum, setting off lengthy legal procedures to determine whether they qualify.

We are on our way towards not being a nation of laws, but a nation of conveniences and entitlements — expected now by persons not born on our soil.

This is a dangerous path to tread.  What occurs when other venues of persons decide, on their own, which laws they will or will not obey?  What happens, thanks to the Obama Administration’s non-handling of and disinterest in holding the IRS accountable — for example — when people have no confidence in the IRS and decide to no longer voluntarily comply?

This is, again, a dangerous path to tread.

Jeb Bush gets stupid with his “act of love”

Jeb Bush Act of LoveSome Republicans won’t like this but I couldn’t less: we don’t need another Bush as president.  And we certainly don’t need someone as blatantly stupid as Jeb Bush.

From the WashingtonPost.com:

Jeb Bush: Many illegal immigrants come out of an ‘act of love’

Former Florida governor Jeb Bush said Sunday that many who illegally come to the United States do so out of an “act of love” for their families and should be treated differently than people who illegally cross U.S. borders or overstay visas.

Right.  An “act of love.”  But wait; it gets better.  Or should I say: more idiotic.

Asked about immigration, Bush started by saying that a bipartisan bill passed by the Senate last year made “a good effort” at proposing ways to ensure that people overstaying visas leave the country.

“A great country ought to know where those folks are and politely ask them to leave,” he said, adding later that properly targeting people who overstay visas “would restore people’s confidence” in the nation’s immigration system.

So: wait.  Am I the only one seeing this?  Jeb Bush wants to kick people out who have “overstayed their visas,” but wants to continue to allow those who entered completely illegally to remain?

How starkly insane is this?  Is Jeb Bush completely ignorant of the statistics across the nation and, specifically, in highly-populated Fornicalia?

People who have visas are generally here for education.  To try to contribute something.  People who are illegal have little to contribute except low skills and potential disease.

Is Jeb Bush completely ignorant of the fact that, on any given day, the Los Angeles County Jail’s population consists of roughly 40% to 50% illegal Mexican immigrants arrested for physical crimes against the lawful citizens of the state of Fornicalia and residents of the United States?

Is he aware that, prior to the current rough economic times, LA County and Orange County and other SoCal jails were populated by up to 70% illegal Mexicans?

Is he ignorant of the fact that Fornicalia Mexican gangs have striated themselves into, at base, Nortenos and Surenos (north and south) and a myriad of gangs in between?  And that they rule local jails and state prisons?  Because they are illegals from Mexico?

Surenos believe in the Mexican Mafia or La Eme.  They hold to the color blue.  They outnumber Nortenos demographically in the state.

Nortenos hold the color red and align with the NF, or the Nuestra Familia.  Their “territory” is north of Bakersfield but even that isn’t enough to hold “their line.”  MS-13 generally aligns with Surenos because of their geographic origin.  MS-13 has, at minimum, 60,000 members.

Is the phrase “demography is prophecy” yet ringing true with anyone?  Bueller?

Is Bush ignorant of the fact that, in Fornicalia, because of AB 109, Mexican gangs consisting of illegal immigrants are now major players in gang politics and power and deaths and are now aligning with the ultra-violet MS-13 and — because my county has sucked at the national DC tit — federal “detainees” now have more rights and perks and benefits than American citizens in our county jails?  How many have EBT cards?  How many are on SSI?  How many are on Worker’s Comp?  How many are pumping the “system” for all they can?

Yes.  Most of them.

The days of Juan Valdez picking coffee beans are done.  Juan now drives a 2001 Lexus and has more discretionary spending money than you do.  He shops at your local store and buys steaks and beer.  On the EBT card that you purchased for him.

Charles Krauthammer weighed in on Jeb Bush.  He thought the comment was bizarre, indicating he believed Bush was sincere but leading with his chin.  There are other people in the world waiting patiently in line and are not violating laws.  Realistically, the situation involves not just one family but 11 million.  Sovereignty means something.  We should control who actually comes into the country.  But apparently Jeb Bush believes this is inconsequential.

And that was one of my quite precise points.  Thank you, Charles.

Further: just when did we conclude as a nation that a certain segment of society can decide, at will, to ignore our laws?  And when did we, as a nation, decide that this ignorance of our laws was to be tacitly condoned and then, further, promoted in public?

My final two sentences for this post: Jeb Bush, you are a moron.  An uninformed and unrealistic moron.  Sir.

Was “sir” the third sentence?
