Baltimore officers indicted for the death of Freddie Gray

(RNN) – All six officers charged for the death of Freddie Gray have been indicted by a grand jury.

“As our investigation has continued, additional info has been discovered, and, as is often the case, additional charges can be added,” Baltimore State Attorney Marilyn Mosby said.

In the meantime, the Mayor Hyphenate says Baltimore crime is off the charts.

And that hurts her.

Baltimore’s mayor: Spike in crime ‘disheartening’

Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake called the city’s recent spike in violence “disheartening” Thursday as police work to address a dramatic increase in homicides and nonfatal shootings.

“It’s extremely frustrating,” the mayor told reporters at a news conference. “It is disheartening, but I am still resolved to continue to reduce violent crime in our city.”

The city has experienced 100 homicides this year, compared with 71 at this time last year, the police department said. It’s the fastest the city has reached 100 homicides since 2007. Last year, the city reached the mark on July 4. Nonfatal shootings are up more than 70 percent with at least 19 people shot on Tuesday and Wednesday.

I wonder: are Baltimore police hedging their arrest bets?

Ah, there’s nothing like the smell of a good Leftist city burned to the ground in the morning, well-accomplished by Free Cheese Drones. Drones who refuse to listen to facts, disregard history, and are spurred on by the American Media Maggots.

Burn it up, FCDs. Make those Leftists pay for their failed ideas and stolen cash. Stolen cash, you ask? Of course; between the 1968 MLK riots and now not one serious brick has been replaced in West Baltimore. Demorats have been in charge since 1967.

Just one logical question:

Where did all of that federal and state money go? Certainly not towards the rebuilding of Baltimore.

That’s right, the Baltimore with Leftists and Demorats in charge. Praise be to Gore. Salaam Alaikum.

48 years later, everything is better, is it not, because Baltimore PD is finally reflective of its surrounding neighborhoods, right?

Just as Ferguson PD was accused of: not being reflective of its chocolate surroundings. Because, as we all know, if the cops were all chocolate, Michael Brown wouldn’t have been shot, and Trayvon Martin would still be walking in his hoodie.

Oh wait. Martin was shot by an Hispanic civilian. And Baltimore PD reflects its community. What is quite wrong with these pictures?

Apparently something just doesn’t compute.

But here’s what does compute: black Leftists in charge of Leftist bastions like Baltimore refusing to answer logical and pointed questions because they would be placed in a poor light. Remember the Obama Rule: asking a pointed question is in and of itself racist in nature.

Particularly by the Evil Fox News, who doggedly insists upon having questions answered:

So just what does the Mayor Hyphenate say, as Leland Vittert asks:

1. To the police officers who were injured because the Mayor Hyphenate ordered them not to respond to people using force against them?
2. To the officers who were ordered to not wear certain protective gear lest they appear “too militaristic”?
3. To the businesses that were looted, because the Mayor Hyphenate said “it was only property”?
4. Why did the Baltimore cops shield the Mayor Hyphenate but failed — yes, failed — to protect Baltimore businesses?

A disenfranchised and aggrieved young black male, having found his “space to destroy” courtesy of the Mayor Hyphenate, does in fact destroy a new $29,000 Chevrolet Caprice Baltimore PD vehicle which, with complete upfitting, costs $36,000. Prepare to pay up big time, all you Baltimoreans.

As a nation, we fail to comprehend Black political strategy in much the same way we fail to recognize the value of Black life.

And right off the bat I have a few immediate comments for Mr Hart.

More disenfranchised and aggrieved young black males, having witnessed the grand fun of the first disenfranchised and aggrieved young black male, decide to partake in the joy of demolishing the same unfortunate Baltimore PD Chevrolet Caprice.

First, smashing police cars is a tactic for those who don’t have to ultimately pay for those cop cars. Welfare drones such as the thuggish imbeciles portrayed above surely worry not about taxes or having to fund the local government because, in a fashionable reversal, the government funds them.

So for people with no literal investment in a thing, such as that lonely cop car (and many more like that one), it is incredibly easy to destroy. They didn’t pay for it and ne’er shall they pay for its replacement — which will be more expensive than the original.

Second, please allow me to inject a shocking shard of common sense at this point, common sense that very, very few people seem willing or sufficiently courageous to say or write: I will value black life when black life values itself. Until then, meh.

Baltimore is controlled by blacks. 90% of those killed in Baltimore are black. 90% of the suspects of those murders are black. 90% of those arrested for robbery are black. 85% of all arrested in Baltimore are black. Black black black. As Ray Nagin said, “chocolate.”

Inner city hood rats like the ones displayed above are endemic throughout urban areas of all major American cities — and that brings us to an incredibly important question.

Just who runs the governments of these major American cities, rife with thugs the likes of which are illustrated above in full riotous action?

Why yes, that would be Leftists and Demorats.

And just who has failed these thugs and inner city denizens? Is it the police, who have no say in the society in which they must operate? Is it the citizens themselves? To a point, yes. But not with ultimate responsibility.

Who has truly failed these inner city denizens?

It is the same Leftists and Demorats who run the governments of these cities.

Kevin Williamson just Tweeted that “Baltimore is the Left fighting the Left over the failed policies of the Left.”

And that is entirely correct.

We see ghettos and crime and absent parents where we should see communities actively struggling against mental health crises and premeditated economic exploitation. And when we see police cars being smashed and corporate property being destroyed, we should see reasonable responses to generations of extreme state violence, and logical decisions about what kind of actions yield the desired political results.

“Corporate property being destroyed.” Of course. Because there are corporate businesses on every street corner in Baltimore, owned by giant conglomerates thousands of miles away. Except: that is predominantly bullshit. Most of the businesses impacted were small and personally/locally owned. Sure, CVS is a “corporation.” But it also employed local people who depended on that CVS for a paycheck.

I’m overwhelmed by the pervasive slandering of protesters in Baltimore this weekend for not remaining peaceful. The bad-apple rhetoric would have us believe that most Baltimore protesters are demonstrating the right way—as is their constitutional right—and only a few are disrupting the peace, giving the movement a bad name.

Of course. Calling a thug a thug is slander, as we watch selfsame thugs act thuggishly and brutalize local businesses, looting, burning. Clearly, yes, according to Leftists, calling a criminal a criminal is slanderous labeling of the worst degree.

I do not advocate non-violence—particularly in a moment like the one we currently face. In the spirit and words of militant Black and Brown feminist movements from around the globe, I believe it is crucial that we see non-violence as a tactic, not a philosophy.

“I do not advocate non-violence.”

A wonderful thing, Benji Hart. Perhaps your very own neighborhood and even your apartment building might be caught up in the next flash-burning of a major city. I can only hope. Then and only then might you begin to realize that violence — as you have clearly advocated — has consequences.

Just when you thought you’d heard it all regarding governmental capitulation to violent blacks, just when you thought you’d heard it all from the mouths of black racists, in steps the Mayor of Baltimore, Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, a black Leftist-Hyphenate female. Shocked, I am?

Sometimes a protest is just a riot camouflaged in self-righteousness. It might not start that way, and the actors might not think that it is. But nonetheless, sometimes it is.

What no one expected is what Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake admitted in a press conference on Sunday: that she asked the Baltimore Police Department to “give those who wished to destroy space to do that.”

There you go. It’s finally out and optioned for discussion. Blacks are “owed” police cars to break and burn, windows to smash, businesses to damage and loot. They are “owed” this due to buzz words like “disenfranchisement” and “aggrieved,” amongst others.

But wait; this concept did not start with Mayor Hyphenate; oh no. It did begin, however, with a Leftist Mayor and another female at that: Diane Feinstein when Mayor of San Francisco during the White Nights homosexual rioting of 1979 following the verdict against Dan White, who shot and killed Mayor George Moscone and homosexual board member Harvey Milk. Feinstein told SFPD to stand down and let gays essentially burn and riot.

A disenfranchised and aggrieved black male takes advantage of Mayor Hyphenate’s bestowage of space for blacks to destroy property as they see fit.

LOOTING and RIOTING:

At this point in Baltimore, it is mass lawlessness. Seven police officers have been hurt. Police vehicles have been damaged. Businesses have been vandalized and looted. A CVS drug store was looted and is now burning fiercely, smiling aggrieved and disenfranchised black citizens stealing all they can carry from the site.

A single disenfranchised and aggrieved young black male, due this destruction, takes advantage of the Mayor Hypenate’s “space to destroy,” as well he should.

They — sorry, not just “they,” but blacks — are looting, live on TV, even as I write this. I’m watching the live video.

A disenfranchised and aggrieved young black male liberates toilet paper and sodas from a burning CVS, adjacent burning vehicles, enjoying the very reasonable albeit temporary pricing advantage.

This isn’t about Freddie Gray, this is simply about an opportunity to riot, to loot, to steal, to damage. Mayor Hyphenate is correct when she said blacks are “destroying.” And oddly enough, 41% of Baltimore PD is black and the head officer, the Baltimore Police Commissioner, is black.

Disenfranchised and aggrieved young black males have sought and found their very own personal “space to destroy,” as per the Mayor Hypenate, salaam Alaikum.

But wait, I thought the police force “reflecting the community” was supposed to ease and ameliorate racial ills, to soothe like aloe vera on a burn?

The aloe has eased to the point where the Maryland governor has placed their state national guard on alert. Milwaukee Sheriff Clarke is calling for a declared state of emergency. He is asking for this before there are what he calls “bodies on the ground.”

The treatment of racist blacks and violent blacks and rioting blacks with kid gloves.

People have said to me, in person and in e-mails and social media, “BZ, why do you have to say that blacks are racist? Doesn’t that make you uncomfortable? It makes me uncomfortable. Doesn’t that bring you under even more scrutiny as a white male? And how can you even make the claim?”

To me, it’s very easy. Until everyone is equal, truly equal, no one is equal. When one vertical bipedal unit of a certain melanin count receives preferential treatment in any fashion over another, there exists unequality. When anyone advocates for one race over another in any fashion, by definition you are a racist. Blacks can be every bit as racist, if not more so, than Caucasoids. Look how many black racists voted for Obama twice, simply because he was perceived to be a black man, no matter his qualifications, his history or his philosophy.

That is every bit as racist as me voting for a Caucasoid simply because of his or her skin color.

Leftists still believe: “all animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.”

I’ll be expecting Mayor Hyphenate to provide appropriate places for Caucasoids to riot whenever they feel aggrieved.

Fat chance.

And that’s why she’s a racist.

Wisconsin DA Chisholm’s Political Gestapo

[And shame — MASSIVE SHAME — upon those “law enforcement officers” (you deserve to be in quotes) who took part in those raids.

You know who you are and you know you conducted yourselves improperly, no matter what you say or how you attempt to justify your actions publicly. You still cannot sleep well at night. As well you shouldn’t. You violated your fundamental Constitutional oaths.]

If you donated to or voted for Scott Walker in Wisconsin, you were brought under the gunsights of Democrat District Attorney John Chisholm and Leftist Democrat Judge Barbara Kluka, who signed off on every piece of paper proffered before her by Chisholm.

This was nothing more than criminalizing Conservatism.

Something of which all my consistently loyal readers could be accused: being Conservative. Not even Republican, but at their base: Conservative.

Like myself. I am no longer a Republican, I am an Independent voter. I tossed the GOP to the curb over five years ago.

I am an Independent Conservative. And I’m a law enforcement officer.

That said, police SWAT teams were, literally, utilized by Leftist, Demorat forces in order to frighten, harass and intimidate loyal American taxpayers who did nothing more than exercise their rights as guaranteed by the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

Wisconsin’s Shame: ‘I Thought It Was a Home Invasion’

Cindy Archer, one of the lead architects of Wisconsin’s Act 10 — also called the “Wisconsin Budget Repair Bill,” it limited public-employee benefits and altered collective-bargaining rules for public-employee unions — was jolted awake by yelling, loud pounding at the door, and her dogs’ frantic barking. The entire house — the windows and walls — was shaking. She looked outside to see up to a dozen police officers, yelling to open the door. They were carrying a battering ram.

What had she done?

She had been a Conservative. That is all.

Then they left, carrying with them only a cellphone and a laptop.

Certainly that required a SWAT response, dogs, gearing up, a SWAT call-up, overtime, call-up time, backup units, a tactical plan, did it not?

It was indeed a home invasion, but the people who were pouring in were Wisconsin law-enforcement officers. Armed, uniformed police swarmed into the house. Plainclothes investigators cornered her and her newly awakened family. Soon, state officials were seizing the family’s personal property, including each person’s computer and smartphone, filled with the most intimate family information.

And what were the Archer’s told? They were told to shut up.

Why were the police at Anne’s home? She had no answers. The police were treating them the way they’d seen police treat drug dealers on television. In fact, TV or movies were their only points of reference, because they weren’t criminals. They were law-abiding. They didn’t buy or sell drugs. They weren’t violent. They weren’t a danger to anyone. Yet there were cops — surrounding their house on the outside, swarming the house on the inside. They even taunted the family as if they were mere “perps.”

Shut up.

As if the home invasion, the appropriation of private property, and the verbal abuse weren’t enough, next came ominous warnings. Don’t call your lawyer. Don’t tell anyone about this raid. Not even your mother, your father, or your closest friends.

What triggered these horrendous CIVILIAN raids?

For dozens of conservatives, the years since Scott Walker’s first election as governor of Wisconsin transformed the state — known for pro-football championships, good cheese, and a population with a reputation for being unfailingly polite — into a place where conservatives have faced early-morning raids, multi-year secretive criminal investigations, slanderous and selective leaks to sympathetic media, and intrusive electronic snooping.

Yes, Wisconsin, the cradle of the progressive movement and home of the “Wisconsin idea” — the marriage of state governments and state universities to govern through technocratic reform — was giving birth to a new progressive idea, the use of law enforcement as a political instrument, as a weapon to attempt to undo election results, shame opponents, and ruin lives. Most Americans have never heard of these raids, or of the lengthy criminal investigations of Wisconsin conservatives. For good reason. Bound by comprehensive secrecy orders, conservatives were left to suffer in silence as leaks ruined their reputations, as neighbors, looking through windows and dismayed at the massive police presence, the lights shining down on targets’ homes, wondered, no doubt, What on earth did that family do?

Except for now. Americans have heard now, the reason for this post.

Our First Amendment, our very freedom is threatened.

But there’s more about DA John Chisholm and his Socialist Shop:

At the same time that the public protests were raging, so were private — but important — protests in the Chisholm home and workplace. As a former prosecutor told journalist Stuart Taylor, Chisholm’s wife was a teachers’-union shop steward who was distraught over Act 10’s union reforms. He said Chisholm “felt it was his personal duty” to stop them.

Meanwhile, according to this whistleblower, the district attorney’s offices were festooned with the “blue fist” poster of the labor-union movement, indicating that Chisholm’s employees were very much invested in the political fight

So it would appear Chisholm staged his own personal vendetta — because he could — as his wife, a union shop steward, hated Scott Walker’s union stance. Perfect: wielding the office of District Attorney as a political sledgehammer against Conservatives.

Much like Lois Lerner and the IRS. Much like Operation Choke Point. All ideas of Leftists. All aimed at reducing freedoms, not increasing them.

Of course, DA Chisholm had Leftist help in the local court:

But with another election looming — this time Walker’s campaign for reelection — Chisholm wasn’t finished. He launched yet another John Doe investigation, “supervised” by Judge Barbara Kluka. Kluka proved to be capable of superhuman efficiency — approving “every petition, subpoena, and search warrant in the case” in a total of one day’s work.

Here is where Chisholm’s Gestapo went to work:

Empowered by a rubber-stamp judge, partisan investigators ran amok. They subpoenaed and obtained (without the conservative targets’ knowledge) massive amounts of electronic data, including virtually all the targets’ personal e-mails and other electronic messages from outside e-mail vendors and communications companies.

The investigations exploded into the open with a coordinated series of raids on October 3, 2013. These were home invasions, including those described above. Chisholm’s office refused to comment on the raid tactics (or any other aspect of the John Doe investigations), but witness accounts regarding the two John Doe investigations are remarkably similar: early-morning intrusions, police rushing through the house, and stern commands to remain silent and tell no one about what had occurred.

With Gestapo tactics comes fear.

O’Keefe, who has been in contact with multiple targeted families, says, “Every family I know of that endured a home raid has been shaken to its core, and the fate of marriages and families still hangs in the balance in some cases.”

Anne also describes a new fear of the police: “I used to support the police, to believe they were here to protect us. Now, when I see an officer, I’ll cross the street. I’m afraid of them. I know what they’re capable of.”

Cindy says, “I lock my doors and I close my shades. I don’t answer the door unless I am expecting someone. My heart races when I see a police car sitting in front of my house or following me in the car. The raid was so public. I’ve been harassed. My house has been vandalized. [She did not identify suspects.] I no longer feel safe, and I don’t think I ever will.”

Rachel talks about the effect on her children. “I tried to create a home where the kids always feel safe. Now they know they’re not. They know men with guns can come in their house, and there’s nothing we can do.” Every knock on the door brings anxiety. Every call to the house is screened. In the back of her mind is a single, unsettling thought: These people will never stop.
