Lucy Flores, the former Democratic nominee for Nevada lieutenant governor, on Friday accused former Vice President Joe Biden of what she described as an inappropriate encounter when he campaigned for her in 2014.
Writing in “The Cut,” Flores said she was standing at the side of the stage at a campaign rally when she felt Biden approach her from behind and lean in to smell her hair.

“Well, that’s just Joe” everyone said. They all knew it about him. That kinda wacky Joe Biden, what a great guy.
Biden has long had a reputation for overly familiar physical contact with women — most notably when he massaged the shoulders of new Defense Secretary Ash Carter’s wife in 2015 and during swearing-in ceremonies for senators and their families.
“Biden was the second-most powerful man in the country and, arguably, one of the most powerful men in the world,” Flores wrote. “He was there to promote me as the right person for the lieutenant governor job. Instead, he made me feel uneasy, gross, and confused.”

Last year, Tara Reade, had been among a number of women to speak out about how Biden’s behavior had made them feel uncomfortable in the past.
At the time, Reade said she was still left disturbed by memories from nearly 30 years ago when, while working as a Senate staffer for Biden in 1993, the then-senator would do things like put his hand on her shoulder or run his finger up and down her neck. Other women told similar stories of shoulder rubs or nuzzling of their hair.

Now, however, Reade says that during that same time period, Biden sexually assaulted her, pushing her against a wall and digitally penetrating her. When she moved away, the former Senate staffer says, Biden said he thought she had “liked” him.
Yeah. When I finger-fuck a chick against her will, I simply assume that “she likes it.” Likes it; hell, she wants it.
Thank God for a worldwide pandemic, because otherwise the American Media Maggots may have had to pay attention to this claim for, say, an hour or two.

They are “weapons of war, designed to kill people efficiently on a battlefield,” he warned.

After O’Rourke’s comments, President Donald Trump tweeted that O’Rourke had “convinced many that Dems just want to take your guns away.” Biden has now locked himself into that position.
So I’d say yes, citizens are justified in their concerns that Joe Biden will eviscerate the Second Amendment.

WASHINGTON — Beto O’Rourke’s endorsement at a Dallas honky tonk on the eve of Super Tuesday gave Joe Biden a huge jolt in Texas last week. But it also came at a price, associating him with a demand for mandatory buybacks of assault-style weapons that came back to bite him Tuesday, and could haunt him into the fall.
As the former vice president stumped in Detroit, an auto worker accused him of being a gun-grabber and cited his new alliance with O’Rourke, who memorably declared at a Houston presidential debate in September that “hell, yes, we are going to take your AR-15, your AK-47.”
That inflamed gun rights advocates, who view “mandatory buyback” as a euphemism for confiscation that would violate their constitutional rights.
As well it should. Our nation is unlike any other. We are not the UK, not Germany, not Australia. Our history is different from every other nation. This country is a great experiment in progress. If it were not a great country, streaming brilliance, goodness, heart, freedom, liberty — then people would be avoiding it. They, not surprisingly, are not.
Correct. Not much of a stretch at all. Which is why the citizen in Detroit reacted as he did. asked questions as he did, made comments as he did.
“I’m going to guarantee you, this is not the last you’ve seen of this guy,” Biden told a raucous crowd at Gilley’s, his arm on O’Rourke. “You’re going to take care of the gun problem with me. You’re going to be the one that leads this effort. I’m counting on you.”
And so let’s examine the bottom line at this point in time, Tuesday, March 10th of 2020.
The Demorat Party is embracing:
A 77-year-old angry white early Alzheimer’s patient, or
A 78-year-old angry white Communist who has enacted a total of 7 bills in 29 years in Congress.
Biden: “Don’t try me, pal, you want to go outside?” Outbursts like this and easy anger are symptoms of early onset Alzheimer’s.
Even absent that, this is no way to attempt to “win over” the people from whom you want a vote.

House Dem Admits They Block Legislation Because ‘We Don’t Want to Give the President a Win’

Rep. Mikie Sherrill (D., N.J.) expressed frustration with her Democratic colleagues at a recent town hall, admitting they block legislation because they “don’t want to give the president a win.”
Speaking at a Livingston, New Jersey, town hall on Thursday, Sherrill revealed the “shockingly different mindset” of congressional Democrats who prioritize resisting President Donald Trump over passing legislation that could help their constituents.
“When I go, you know, I’ve gone up to people and said, ‘I need to get this piece of legislation passed,’ and they say ‘Oh yeah, we just passed it,'” Sherrill said. “I said, ‘Yeah, we just passed it. I need the Senate to pass it and I need the president to sign it,’ and they said ‘Well, we don’t want to give the president a win.'”
Yet and still it appears that Sanders and Biden continuing to campaign until today is just peachy nifty.
The real issue is that they can’t pull the numbers that a Trump rally can. Thusly, Trump needs to stop campaigning because, well, “it’s not fair.”

We saw the IRS weaponized against Conservatives and, specifically, the TEA Party (so few remember what TEA stood for: “Taxed Enough Already.”) beginning in 2010 when the Obama/Lois Lerner Internal Revenue Service unfairly scrutinized them based on their political leanings when they sought a tax-exempt status.
This wasn’t just specious bong water. (Hey, doesn’t that sound like the name of some new garage band?) Court documents showed it. In a 27 month span, over 300 Conservative groups were targeted and not one of them — in the Obama Administration, under Lois Lerner as Director of the Exempt Organizations — not one of them was able to acquire tax exempt status. Why? Power and political bias. But wait; there’s more. Another specific person was involved.
Remember when the IRS’s Lois Lerner took the fifth with regard to the issue?
But what does that mean? And why would you not want any of your testimony revealed for any reason whatsoever? How is it that your testimony is any more valuable or worthy of redaction or elimination than that of anyone else? Does that not demand the questions “What are you hiding and why are you hiding it?”
Justice Department settles with conservative groups over IRS scrutiny
(Reuters) – The U.S. Justice Department has reached a settlement with dozens of conservative groups that claimed the Internal Revenue Service unfairly scrutinized them based on their political leanings when they sought a tax-exempt status, court documents showed.
In a pair of lawsuits filed in federal court in 2013, the conservative groups accused the IRS of targeting organizations with such words as “Tea Party” or “patriots” when they applied to the agency for tax-exempt status starting in 2010.
The sides asked the United States District Court for the District of Columbia on Wednesday to issue a declarative judgment in one of the cases involving 41 plaintiffs that would say the IRS was wrong to apply the United States tax laws based on an entity’s name, position or association with a particular political movement.
“We hope that today’s settlement makes clear that this abuse of power will not be tolerated,” Attorney General Jeff Sessions said in a statement on Thursday.
More importantly:
The IRS admitted it was wrong when it based screenings of the groups’ applications on their names or policy positions, subjected the groups to heightened scrutiny and delays and demanded unnecessary information from the groups, the agreement in the Washington case said.
The IRS “expresses its sincere apology,” it said.
Senior management within the IRS’s Exempt Organizations Division “was delinquent in its responsibility to provide effective control, guidance, and direction over the processing of applications for tax exempt status filed by Tea Party and other political advocacy organizations,” the settlement document said.
A request to halt the other case, a class action suit involving 428 members, was filed in a federal court in Ohio.
Republicans claimed the targeting of conservative groups showed political bias in the IRS under former Democratic President Barack Obama. House Republican investigators found no connection to the Obama administration, according to a 2014 report.
More pointedly:
But the report did blame IRS officials for mistreating conservative organizations who sought tax-exempt status and that IRS officials covered up the misconduct and misled Congress.
The officials included former Commissioner Douglas Shulman, former acting Commissioner Steven Miller, and Lois Lerner, the former head of the unit overseeing applications for tax-exempt status.
Bottom line?
No criminal charges were ever filed against IRS officials.
Why would there? No bias here. Nothing to see. Move along. This isn’t the corruption you’re looking for under the first actual black president of the United States.
The situation led to this, where Commissioner John Koskinen was rightly accused of running the “most corrupt and deceitful IRS in history.”

In a proposed Consent Order filed with the Court yesterday, the IRS has apologized for its treatment of our clients — 36 Tea Party and other conservative organizations from 20 states that applied for 501(c)(3) and (c)(4) tax-exempt status with the IRS between 2009 and 2012 — during the tax-exempt determinations process. Crucially, following years of denial by the IRS and blame-shifting by IRS officials, the agency now expressly admits that its treatment of our clients was wrong.

Along with digging and suits administered by the ACLJ, there was another element to the weaponization of the IRS, and that was John McCain. It’s no secret that I am not an admirer of McCain, a “Republican” who was one of the most dishonest men in politics. I would have respected McCain had he been candid and clear by changing his (R) to a (D), which he truly was. He actually threatened to do so in 2010 because he wasn’t getting his way. Tantrums.
I’m sure his family at least tolerated him at home, he didn’t set stray kittens on fire (although it’s admittedly difficult to prove a negative), and he was never caught acting like an actual Conservative. That much is true.
But in addition, it was John McCain who in fact helped to weaponize the IRS against TEA Party operations.
McCain’s office urged IRS to use audits as weapons to destroy political advocacy groups – UPDATED
A new report from Judicial Watch reveals a concerted effort from Sen. John McCain’s office to urge the IRS under Lois Lerner to strike out against political advocacy groups, including tea party organizations.
Thanks to the results of an extensive Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request that has been delayed for many years, Judicial Watch has obtained several key emails from 2013 that chronicle McCain’s and Democrat Sen. Carl Levin’s efforts to reign in the advocacy groups that sprouted immediately following the Citizens United decision from the Supreme Court.
Let’s be clear. McCain didn’t get his way with the Supreme Court in re McCain-Feingold.
The point of this post isn’t about the McCain-Feingold bill. It was about McCain’s reaction to the SCOTUS decision. And McCain’s willingness to light the ass of the IRS on fire and set it on TEA Party. Weaponizing the IRS.
Watch McCain’s reaction regarding what he perceives to be his personal loss at SCOTUS. Because, as you know, it’s all about McCain.
McCain-Feingold was invalidated by the Supreme Court. Say what you will about his bill, McCain took it — like everything else in his political life — personally. McCain then somehow concluded it was time to tender a steaming dump on TEA Party groups because he was foiled.
The documents uncovered by Judicial Watch include notes from a high-level meeting on April 30, 2013 between powerful members of McCain’s and Levin’s staffs and Lerner, then-director of tax exempt organizations at the IRS under Barack Obama. The notes reveal the suggestions from McCain’s former staff director and chief counsel on the Senate Homeland Security Permanent Subcommittee, Henry Kerner who urges Lerner to use IRS audits on the advocacy groups to financially ruin them.
Because if McCain couldn’t have his, you couldn’t have yours. With McCain, it was all about McCain.
Less than two weeks after the April 30 meeting, Lerner revealed that her staff had purposely discriminated against conservative tea party groups seeking 501(c)4 tax exempt status because they represented and advocated for conservative political positions.

“The Obama IRS scandal is bipartisan – McCain and Democrats who wanted to regulate political speech lost at the Supreme Court, so they sought to use the IRS to harass innocent Americans,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “The Obama IRS scandal is not over – as Judicial Watch continues to uncover smoking gun documents that raise questions about how the Obama administration weaponized the IRS, the FEC, FBI, and DOJ to target the First Amendment rights of Americans.”
Absolutely correct. But perhaps you thought that solved everything. The IRS would never be weaponized again. Think again. Now that Trump surveillance has been proven, now that there is a crisis at our border, now that the Mueller report failed to result in Trump clapped in handcuffs and his comb-over shaved off, what’s left?
Oh yeah. Taxes taxes taxes Trump taxes taxes taxes. But first, a critical question: what is the federal statute requiring presidents to turn over their tax returns? Answer: there is no such thing.
Trump ran on and won the presidency based upon refusing to disclose his tax returns. I didn’t care then and I don’t care now. Nixon began the “tradition” if you will and Trump may be the one to end it.
Obama failed to release his college transcripts or his passport. Obama’s years at Columbia are an absolute mystery. No one remembers him. Why? Moreover, do I really care? No, I don’t.
Fast forward to today. Trump is still made of Teflon, a material Leftists, Demorats and the American Media Maggots wish never existed. Nothing sticks to Trump. Not even the rhetorical or written napalm meant to incinerate him and everyone around him, including his family.
Two years down the drain and Bob “The Savior” Mueller turns out to be, well, everything but. As I said for the past year-plus, all Mueller had were crimes of process that would never have come to light save the investigation itself. Translation: he created those crimes with an investigation that would otherwise have not occurred. Now all the LDAMM have sworn to stop sending Bobbie any Christmas cards at all. #Lonely.
Michael Avenatti, Trump’s most vocal nemesis, the darling of CNN, MSNBC and CNBC, turns out to be the poster child for — as Tucker Carlson says — a Creepy Porn Lawyer. If anyone got napalmed, it was Mikey. He was the Bernie Madoff of unconscionable lawyers. Yeah. “Avenatti 2020.”

Bernie Sanders said he would release his taxes and, this past weekend, he did. What we discovered is that Bernie Sanders is precisely what he excoriates: part of the 1%. Translated: he’s a millionaire. Wait. That doesn’t compute. How can Socialist Bernie Sanders be a member of the very group he — I guess, now — pretends to hate?
Further, Sanders said he made money on his book; a very good book you see. You should read it. He crowed about writing it during the Town Hall meeting hosted by Bret Baier and Martha McCallum. He says he won’t apologize for writing a book. He’s promoting entrepreneurship, it seems.
Reminded by the Times reporter that he is now someone of considerable means, Sanders retorted: “I wrote a best-selling book. If you write a best-selling book, you can be a millionaire, too.”
If that isn’t an advocacy for entrepreneurship — what is?
“If anyone thinks I should apologize for writing a bestselling book, I’m sorry, I’m not going to do it,” Sanders said in a fiery Fox News town hall Monday night. He defended his earnings and insisted he does not attack the wealthy.
Of course Bernie Sanders doesn’t attack the wealthy. Which is 1) bullshit, he has (see below), and 2) more recently because it has been exposed that he himself is a millionaire.
Wait. Doesn’t he despise millionaires and billionaires?
Then Bret Baier, one of the Fox moderators, asked Mr. Sanders, “When you wrote the book and you made the money, isn’t that the definition of capitalism and the American dream?”
“No,” Mr. Sanders replied.
The bottom line is this: there is no law requiring those running for president to release their taxes. There is no law requiring presidents to release their taxes.
If President Trump declines to release his taxes, absent a law, that is his right.
Because it’s involving Trump, and because Leftists, Demorats and the American Media Maggots have abjectly failed to blow Donald Trump out of the Oval Office on so many levels and via so many ways — it will be proven most of them illegal — it’s now time to focus on taxes. The very item that those who elected him in 2016 couldn’t give one oozing, pustulant crap about.
And don’t now either.
Weaponizing the IRS.
But only against Conservatives or anyone who dares, like Trump, to push against the DC Norm.
Trump is a threat, he has caused fear, he is pushing envelopes, and to this point the LDAMM have been entirely unsuccessful in dismantling his success.
The LDAMM cannot even concede one success Trump has acquired for America because, to do that, they would have to recognize that, on a larger more overarching level, he really is making America greater.
Worse yet: greater than Barack Hussein Obama.
The LDAMM will do everything they possibly can to acknowledge even one Trump success. And if the United States or its citizens have to suffer because of their refusal, well, you can go straight to hell.

Inside Hillary Clinton’s Secret Takeover of the DNC

When I was asked to run the Democratic Party after the Russians hacked our emails, I stumbled onto a shocking truth about the Clinton campaign.
And what would that be, Donna?
Before I called Bernie Sanders, I lit a candle in my living room and put on some gospel music. I wanted to center myself for what I knew would be an emotional phone call.
I had promised Bernie when I took the helm of the Democratic National Committee after the convention that I would get to the bottom of whether Hillary Clinton’s team had rigged the nomination process, as a cache of emails stolen by Russian hackers and posted online had suggested. I’d had my suspicions from the moment I walked in the door of the DNC a month or so earlier, based on the leaked emails. But who knew if some of them might have been forged? I needed to have solid proof, and so did Bernie.
Anyone’s Spidey Sense tingling right about now? Anyone thinking of that Santayana quote?
By September 7, the day I called Bernie, I had found my proof and it broke my heart.
Brazile held her mud during the campaign through gritted teeth. She did so because, well, she and Hillary are women. But once the dam breaks on the powerful — witness Harvey Weinstein — and the first person takes the hit or spills the beans, then the gates open and those once holding back for fear of the powerful no longer fear the powerful. There is vulnerability.
And oh yes, Hillary’s people were lying to the DNC.
The Saturday morning after the convention in July, I called Gary Gensler, the chief financial officer of Hillary’s campaign. He wasted no words. He told me the Democratic Party was broke and $2 million in debt.
“What?” I screamed. “I am an officer of the party and they’ve been telling us everything is fine and they were raising money with no problems.”
You can imagine that Bernie Sanders and his people weren’t terribly pleased though it did tend to validate their beliefs all along.
Things changed when Brazile found this, the crux of the biscuit.
When I got back from a vacation in Martha’s Vineyard, I at last found the document that described it all: the Joint Fund-Raising Agreement between the DNC, the Hillary Victory Fund, and Hillary for America.
Meaning: the fix for Hillary was in black-and-white.
The agreement—signed by Amy Dacey, the former CEO of the DNC, and Robby Mook with a copy to Marc Elias—specified that in exchange for raising money and investing in the DNC, Hillary would control the party’s finances, strategy, and all the money raised. Her campaign had the right of refusal of who would be the party communications director, and it would make final decisions on all the other staff. The DNC also was required to consult with the campaign about all other staffing, budgeting, data, analytics, and mailings.
I had been wondering why it was that I couldn’t write a press release without passing it by Brooklyn. Well, here was the answer.
In a word, rigged. Rigged for Hillary Clinton against Bernie Sanders.

Veteran Democratic operative Donna Brazile finally admitted that she used her former position as a CNN commentator to relay questions ahead of debates to Hillary Clinton during the Democratic primary.
For months, Brazile has avoided confirming that hacked emails from the campaign showed her forwarding the questions, which were asked at separate debates. But in a new essay for Time magazine looking back on the hackings, she said it was true.

Even more shocking, Brazile considered kicking Hillary to the curb altogether following a September 11th incident involving Clinton. From PBS.org:

Brazile writes that she considered initiating Clinton’s removal after she collapsed while leaving a 9/11 memorial service in New York City. Clinton later acknowledged she was suffering from pneumonia.
But Brazile says the larger issue was that her campaign was “anemic” and had taken on “the odor of failure.”
Ultimately, the DNC head says she thought of Clinton and all the women in the country who were so excited about her and decided she “could not do this to them.”
Did Hillary’s rigging at the DNC push Biden out of the race?

The stunning revelation by longtime operative Donna Brazile that the Hillary Clinton campaign secretly took control — literal control — of the Democratic National Committee a year before Hillary became the party’s nominee is the talk of American politics.
As it should be.
Consider, then, that a formal agreement signed by the DNC and the Clinton campaign was executed in August 2015, two months before Biden made his decision.
There was another person out there — then-Vice President Joe Biden. Though grieving over the tragic loss of his son Beau, Biden was still seriously considering a late entry into the race. Indeed, it would not be until October that Biden would declare himself out of contention.
Over the previous six years, Democrats had lost 60-plus House seats, nine Senate seats, 14 governorships and 1,000 state and local offices. Russians didn’t do that. Democrats did — with the help of a surging Republican Party that found itself after election night in its strongest electoral position across the country since 1928.
Even Fauxcahontas, Elizabeth Warren, was displeased with the news about Hillary Clinton. Insert your finest Dr Smith voice here: “Oh the pain!”
For God’s sake, the fix was in against anyone but Hillary Clinton since 2015. Oh, by the way; Warren is the person the DNC is eyeballing for 2020. I say: “please oh please.”
Donna Brazile lit another match. But, really, the flame hasn’t gone out since Trump won.
During the final week of the most important election of the calendar year, the Democratic Party finds itself in a familiar place: subsumed by internal divisions and sniping.
Some DNC members argued that it behooved the party to come to grips with its past—even in full public view—before moving forward; that it took particular courage for Brazile, who infamously passed Clinton a debate question, to help validate Democrats’ complaints with the DNC.
Others outside the DNC were furious with Brazile, calling the essay a selfish attempt to sell books at a time when the party’s fundraising is flagging and its attention should be on the upcoming, critical races. “She’s playing into Trump’s hands,” one Clinton campaign vet said. Brazile declined to comment until her book was formally released.
Clinton allies, meanwhile, insist that they did more to help the DNC than to harm it. The joint fundraising agreements were made available to her and Sanders (which DNC Chairman Tom Perez noted in a letter to DNC members on Friday.). And though Clinton was afforded a large degree of operational control over the committee (which former Sanders campaign manager Jeff Weaver told The Washington Post they did not have), she also helped it get out of debt, even as she reportedly pillaged a huge amount of the money that had been ostensibly donated to help state parties.
Note to Conservatives: just when you think the Demorats are infinitely more cohesive than you could imagine, they are less cohesive than you could imagine. Go team.

The broadcast evening newscasts on three major networks on Thursday didn’t mention bombshell revelations by former Democratic National Committee interim Chairwoman Donna Brazile.
Brazile has written in a new book that she discovered evidence that she said showed Hillary Clinton’s campaign “rigged” the Democratic presidential primary.
“ABC’s World News Tonight,” “NBC Nightly News” and “CBS Evening News” all didn’t report the allegations by Brazile on Thursday evening despite it receiving considerable coverage on cable news and in print and online media. Brazile was also trending as one of Twitter’s top topics on Thursday.
Despite the Brazile blackout, the ABC, NBC and CBS evening newscasts all featured reports on special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election and the recent indictments of Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort and his business associate, Richard Gates.
The so-called Big Three evening newscasts draw more than 20 million viewers combined on a nightly basis.
Nah. No media bias in American newsrooms, eh wot?

Hillary Clinton has spent a year crying about how the presidency was stolen from her. Turns out, she stole the Democratic nomination from Bernie Sanders.
The critical question now is whether she committed crimes in her theft of the nomination.
There appears to be little doubt that Clinton rigged the election process. It was so unconscionable and unprincipled, that Brazile’s discovery of the incriminating document left her in tears. So she says.
It gets better. As I am wont to say: “but wait, there’s more.”
The Federal Election Commission must immediately launch an investigation. So, too, must the Department of Justice and the FBI. It appears that Clinton may well have violated several laws which could constitute serious crimes.
First, federal law sets strict limits on campaign contributions. Financial records must now be subpoenaed to determine whether these laws were broken. Given Clinton’s past record of shady transactions such as the Whitewater land deal and her sale of cattle futures, there is a strong chance that a document trail will lead investigators to multiple violations of the Federal Election Campaign Act.
Second, if Brazile’s account of Clinton’s artifice is true, it is likely that campaign finance reporting laws were broken under the same Act. Hiding campaign money through false or misleading campaign reports is illegal. In egregious cases it is a crime, not just a civil penalty.
Finally, the funneling of campaign funds from one source to another smacks of money laundering. Any transaction that seeks to conceal or disguise proceeds of illegal activity constitutes money laundering. So, if it can be shown that Clinton violated campaign contribution limits or reporting requirements, then the channeling of the proceeds from one source to another would be the “laundering” of it.
Let’s let Tucker Carlson fade out with a Bernie Sanders representative, shall we?
