The over-reaching power of the IRS and why it needs to be GUTTED

This is one chilling video, and John Eastman nails it precisely:

Following that testimony, it was revealed that, concurrently, the IRS pisses away your money:

IRS Audit Details $4.1 Million Conference

WASHINGTON—The 2010 Internal Revenue Service employee conference that has drawn criticism paid $17,000 to a keynote speaker who drew pictures of the singer Bono and the physicist Albert Einstein to inspire IRS employees to free up their thought process and find creative solutions to challenges, according to a report released Tuesday.

The conference for 2,609 employees in Anaheim, Calif., cost $4.1 million. Lawmakers had recently released some details of the conference—including videos of IRS workers engaged in a “Star Trek” parody and a line dance—but the full report wasn’t publicly available until Tuesday.

Republican Darrell Issa weighs in with logic:

“The wasteful Anaheim conference is one example of a culture of excess that plagues the IRS and many federal agencies,” said Committee Chairman Darrell Issa, (R., Calif.) in a statement released Tuesday. “Taxpayer money meant to pay for a core agency mission, the hiring of more enforcement personnel, was instead spent on a lavish party. Perhaps most disturbingly, there appears to have been little or no effort by the IRS to hold those responsible for this wasteful spending accountable.”

And watch the testimony of Becky Gerritson:

Further:

Rep. Jim McDermott (D., Wash.) gave the hearing a jolt when he questioned whether the conservatives were being unreasonable by claiming that they were entitled to a tax-advantaged status on a fast-track basis for political work. “Each of your groups is highly political,” Mr. McDermott said. “You are all entrenched in some of the most controversial political issues in the country, and with your applications you were asking the American public to pay for that work,” Mr. McDermott said.

That prompted a strong reaction from Rep. Paul Ryan (R., Wis.).

“We have not heard any testimony that this is happening to groups that have the opposing views,” Mr. Ryan said, looking at Mr. McDermott. “So to suggest that these citizens are to blame for applying—I don’t understand how anyone can make that conclusion,” Mr. Ryan said.

These weren’t accidents.  They were acts of overt intimidation.  These acts were condoned by their administrations.  The Obama Administration.

What about Organizing For Action?  What about MoveOn.org?

There are rules for those supporting Obama.  There are separate rules for those opposing Obama.  Who knew?  Who gave the orders?  When did they know it?

Yes.  Your loving IRS.

Perjury charges for Dimwit?

How long, really, did Mr Holder think that he could obfuscate, deflect, cajole and lie outright before someone took him to a bit of task?  After all, he is not Barack Hussein Obama.

From CBSNews.com:

Clearly, the entire Philadelphia New Black Panther Party event, along with Fast & Furious, the IRS scandal in concert with the AP & Fox News reporter blowup is only based but upon racial prejudice and bias.

Except when it’s not; as in: all of the above incidents.

Revealed: Obama to collect record taxes in 2013

TAXES GraphicFrom the WashingtonExaminer.com:

The federal Treasury expects to collect a record $2.712 trillion in taxes on Americans and U.S. business this year, shattering the 2007 high of $2.5 trillion in taxes.

Despite the sputtering economy and sustained high unemployment, the fine print in President Obama’s budget belatedly presented Wednesday revealed that the administration expects to take more in taxes than the Congressional Budget Office projects. CBO put the 2013 estimate at $2.708 trillion.

But wait; weren’t and aren’t we consistently told by Mr Obama that we need to pay more taxes because — well — we are simply undertaxed, one and all?  Don’t more of us have to step up to the plate in order to keep a morsel of food in the mouths of starving American children?

That said, how can it be that we are set to collect more taxes for this country than in its entire history?

Somehow, those two concepts simply don’t equate.  They don’t make sense.  They are, shall we say, incongruent.

On any number of levels.

First, let me pull out some basic stops.  There is an American Myth of “starving children.”  I call bullshit.  There are no “starving children” in this nation.  Instead, there are obese children and their equally obese parents or, in the case of many, parent (singular).  I don’t see Biafran-like children skelled over on the sidewalks of our cities.  I don’t see the skeletons of  starved infants splayed across the venues of our American Media Maggots because — if there WERE — you would see such a thing heralded and trumpeted not just for weeks but for months on the DEM/AMM channels ad nauseum.

This trumpeting doesn’t occur because the situation doesn’t exist.

The so-called “poor” in this nation drive a Lexus, possess an EBT card which yields lobster.  Check the receipt below.

Food Stamp ReceiptThey have their housing subsidized, their healthcare subsidized, their furniture subsidized, their children subsidized, possess a smartphone, a flatscreen TV, the internet subsidized, free schooling, free breakfasts, lunches and dinners for their children, free transportation, and free higher education.  And they don’t quite have to work if they feel diffident about it.

They possess sufficient time to war upon themselves, copulate readily and produce banks of children at will who become abandoned to the state when convenient, are responsible for nothing, are considered an entirely victimized class, are soothed and coddled and expected to produce or support nothing.

They, literally, have no expectations whatsoever placed upon them save that of the unresolved victim class.  They have their Victimhood hammered into their heads at all levels and for many years.

They are a Permanent Underclass and raped by the Leftists and Demorats who purposely support their ignorant, arrogant and barbaric ways.  These denizens have their ruffled fur smoothed, licked, groomed, and their ticks eliminated by the Taxpayers of our nation.  And they get testy when their fur isn’t sufficiently clean in a remarkably small amount of time.

But isn’t it odd that this seeming “underclass” possesses material goods and objects of a much higher level than I possess as an American Taxpayer?

And yet, Mr Obama and his minions are shouting to the treetops that we need — we must — make the minimum wage a “living wage.”

Because, after all, the ignorant tattooed and pierced shite who presses the CHEESEBURGER icon at McDonalds should and must make as much money as an entry-level firefighter, say.

In an “equal world,” after all.

Berkeley Councilman Proposes Email Tax To Fund Postal Service

TaxesRemember when this was ridiculed on the internet via Snopes.com?

Ridicule no more!

From SFCBSLocal.com:

BERKELEY (CBS SF) – A Berkeley city councilman has suggested that a tax on email may be a wise way to help fund the United States Postal Service, according to the blog Berkeleyside.

District 8 Supervisor Gordon Wozniak, who represents an area that includes the Claremont Hotel and the eastern end of the UC Berkeley campus, made the comments Tuesday as city officials moved to halt the sale of a Post Office building on Allston Way due to a decline in business.

But shoot, the tax would only be teensy-weensy:

“There should be something like a bit tax. I mean a bit tax could be a cent per-gigabit and they would still make, probably, billions of dollars a year.  And there should be, also, a very tiny tax on email,” Wozniak said at Tuesday’s meeting.

Nineteen Eighty-Four, here we come, freedoms-a-vanishing!

Let’s just serve up a heaping helping of US citizens as collective Frogs In The Boiling Pot, eh?

Remember what I wrote last post about a new Leftist abrogation every day?

Validated.

Truth: your taxes are about to literally skyrocket in 2013

Economics 101Courtesy of both the Demorats — for the demand — and the Republicans, for lack of a spine.

Mitch McConnell, the blithering idiot, said “the tax issue is finished.”  (Full transcript here.)

Uh, no — you moron — no, it’s not.

It’s barely started.

My first paycheck of the year just got lowered by $200 via additional taxes.  I get paid bi-weekly, so at this point I’m initially losing a minimum of $400 a month.  So far.  The month is young.

That translates to: I’ve just initially lost the equivalent of one car payment a month.  So my chance of purchasing another car?  ZERO.

From “Face The Nation” this past Sunday, The NanceMeister weighs in:

Did you listen closely?  McConnell thinks he’s won.  And Pelosi baldly states that the Demorats are out for “tax reform” and “increased revenue.”

SCHIEFFER: Do you then agree with the Republican leader in the Senate, Mr. McConnell, who says we’re done now with the taxing side of it; now we have to concentrate on spending? Is that done now?

PELOSI: No.

SCHIEFFER: Is the revenue side of it taken care of yet?

PELOSI: No, no, it is not. I mean, the president had said originally he wanted $1.6 trillion in revenue. He took it down to $1.2 as a compromise. In this legislation we had $620 billion, very significant, high-end tax — changing the high-end tax rate to 39.6 percent. But that is not enough on the revenue side. We’ve already agreed to $1 trillion in spending cuts, over $1 trillion in spending cuts.

SCHIEFFER: So what are you talking about there? Are you talking about more taxes?

PELOSI: We’re talking about looking at the tax code, putting everything on the table from the standpoint of closing loopholes — and we know that we can do that — special subsidies for big oil, for example, $38 billion right there. But again, not to take things in isolation, just to say, OK, well, how much more revenue can we get as we go forward?

SCHIEFFER: Are you then saying to the upper classes, get ready; you’re going to have to pay some more; this is not the end of it?

PELOSI: Well, I’m saying that’s not off the table.

SCHIEFFER: That’s not off the table?

PELOSI: That’s not off the table. But not in terms of tax rates but in terms of other considerations.

SCHIEFFER: You’re talking about deductions and other things.

PELOSI: And the rest.

$800 billion dollars already acquired in taxes.  The Demorats want another TRILLION dollars in taxes this year.  Where?  From YOUR pocket.  Americans, to the thoughts of the Demorats, are still insufficiently taxed.

Am I a mega-millionaire?  Hardly.  I’m “middle class.”  And — thanks to Mr Obama and Demorats — my ass is already on fire with the initial additional taxes.  The precise strata, Mr Obama, that you swore wouldn’t be affected.  You damned LIAR.

Even CNBC says the tax code may be the “most progressive since 1979.”  Hello?  Jimmy Carter?  Anyone?  Bueller?

Even Obama supporters find themselves “shocked” and “angry” at the new tax increases.

Yes indeed.  That’s how stupid are Obama supporters.

You mean he actually wants Cloward-Piven?  He actually wants taxes to skyrocket?
