California’s gun laws are among the nation’s strictest, but a looming decision in a federal lawsuit could effectively ban handguns altogether in the Golden State, according to plaintiffs who want a judge to toss out a state law requiring all new handguns to be equipped with technology that “stamps” each shell casing with a traceable mark. 

The problem with the “microstamping” law, which was signed into law by then-Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger in 2007 but only took effect in 2013, is that it relies on an unworkable technology, according to gun manufacturers and attorneys for the Second Amendment Foundation and Calguns Foundation. If guns without the technology can’t be sold in California, and gun manufacturers can’t implement the technology, the law is, for practical purposes, a handgun ban that violates the Second Amendment, goes the argument.

Thanks Arnold, you blubbering, steroid-ridden baboon.  And all with an (R) at the back of your name, as in (R)apist, for screwing over our Second Amendment.

“This is about the state trying to eliminate the handgun market,” said Alan Gura, the lead attorney in Pena v. Lindley, filed on behalf of the Second Amendment Foundation and Calguns Foundation against the Chief of the California Department of Justice Bureau of Firearms. “The evidence submitted by the manufacturers shows this is science fiction and there is not a practical way to implement the law.

It’s the same reason Ronnie Barrett refuses to sell or service his .50 caliber BMG rifles any more in California, whether they are held by private owners or law enforcement agencies.  Ruger has already stopped selling semi-automatic handguns in Fornicalia.

Since the law took effect in 2013, no manufacturer has made a new firearm that complies with the requirement.Two major manufacturers, Smith & Wesson and Sturm, Ruger & Co., announced last year they would stop selling new firearms in the California market, and blamed the microstamping law. The technology has been demonstrated, but gunmakers say requirements that each new model, or even modification, must be re-tested for compliance makes the entire scheme unworkable.

When you, as a Leftist, hate guns, fear guns, and detest the thought of them in the hands of private citizens, you do your very best to eliminate them by any means possible.

This all dovetails.  Why is there a push to control the internet?  To silence DC pushback on various Leftist plans.  Why is there a continuing and unrelenting tsunami to take guns from American citizens?  Because, as with the internet, when you silence citizens you eliminate pushback.  How do you guarantee the average citizen cannot “push back” against the government?  You eliminate the Second Amendment.

Because when you eliminate the Second Amendment you will, by extension, help to eliminate the First Amendment.

Then you truly do have Serfs, Proles and Groundlings in the United States of America.

The Second Amendment doesn’t exist to protect hunters.  If you believe that, you are a complete fool.

West: “moderate” Muslims the exception, not the rule

This is, perhaps, the most important post I’ve made to date.

On any number of levels, from any number of GOWP sources, we are constantly barraged by the Leftist meme that violent Islamist individuals and groups who carry out bombings, killings, beheadings, spilling blood in the name of Islam, are the exception and not the rule.

I said a number of years ago and say now: “Islam IS as Islam DOES.”  Nothing more complicated or cerebral than that.  To excuse Islam from actions carried out in its name excuses over a thousand years of bloodshed and unnecessary deaths on behalf of a barbarous religion that is unmatched in its ferocity via any other religion on the planet.

Islam isn’t “gray” and it isn’t “nuanced” and it isn’t “subtle.”  Islam will and does tell you precisely what it wants day after day after day.  And we, the various Western nations, are not listening.

Worse yet, we are choosing not to listen.

“Those who make all Islam their enemy not only succumb to a simplistic and essentialist illusion but they lack any mechanism to defeat it.”

An incredibly simplistic statement in and among itself, promulgated by Leftists.

Most lawful citizens of Western nations are good people.  They want to believe in the inherent goodness of people.  They want to see the proverbial glass as half full, as opposed to half empty.  They want to believe that most issues can be solved with good will, communication, positive intent and low voices.

With the exception of Islam.  Which has proven over the past thousand + years that it cannot be reasoned with, it cannot be corrupted, it cannot be subsumed, it cannot be modulated and it cannot be ignored.

Please listen to Colonel Allen West as he happens to nail Islam precisely, and names it for what it is:

Sadly, Allen West refutes feelings and emotions with nothing but solid facts and history and knowledge.  To the detriment of Leftists and Muslims and Muslim-apologists.

It really is this simple: Islam is as Islam does.

Islam is a cancer.  The problem to date: there is no chemo for Islam.

Leftists would rather this woman be raped

Instead of carrying a firearm as she did, and using it to defend herself.

Furthermore, the Papa John’s Pizza company did the right thing with regard to her employment: it promised to keep her.

Papa John’s Pizza is standing by a pizza delivery woman who opened fire Sunday on an armed robber in an act of self defense.

The pizza franchise told FoxNews.com Thursday the employee, who hasn’t been named, will not be fired from the company. 

The employee was making a delivery in Decatur, Ga., Sunday night when a man approached her vehicle, forcing her onto the ground at gunpoint, according to the DeKalb County Police Department. The woman, who had a gun in her pocket, was able to fire at the man while on the ground — striking the alleged assailant, identified as 24-year-old Donquaz Stevenson, in the face.

This is a woman who brooks no shite from anyone and has the guts to actually defend herself in lieu of succumbing to an attacker.

While Papa John’s prohibits employees — including delivery drivers — from carrying firearms on the job, the pizza giant said Thursday the woman would not be let go from the company. She instead will be reassigned to another role, according to the company.  

Instead of being able to defend herself, Leftists in this nation would rather have seen this woman completely unable to fight back on an even keel.  At worst she may have been killed or raped, at best she would have been assaulted for her cash.

Better yet, the suspect’s face will never look the same, a proper reminder of a stupid choice he made one night.  Yes, a choice.  There are consequences to choices.  Michael Brown made a choice, and Eric Garner made a choice.

God bless this woman — who will still have to fight off the inner struggles of that night.  And God bless the Papa John’s company for doing the right thing by keeping and protecting their employee.

Maybe it’s time for a Papa John’s pizza.

Who the hell names their kid “Donquaz”?  What the hell is a “Donquaz“?  Perhaps having to defend his name not unlike a “Boy Named Sue”?  Or naming their female child “LaDinette”?  #StupidBlackNames
